Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company, the delivery was more than 1 month delayed and when I wanted to return a product in the original packaging (through postvendita mail) they never replied to the return request. They said it would be 24 hours to reply but now it’s been 3 weeks and I have contacted them in various ways. An honest company would reply and take themselves seriously.

Ordered a stove and oven almost 15 days…
Ordered a cooktop and oven almost 15 days ago, stated that the products would arrive by the 10th of January. Have not even received a shipping confirmation.
They have a phone number that nobody answers.always stating that no one is available. At this point I'd prefer to have my money returned.

Absolutely unprofessional
The shipping company took an extremely long time to bring me my item . They said they were coming a few times and didnot leaving me missing work days. I emailed the company and they were unresponsive in taking the responsibility. The shipping cost were 30 euros . Absolutely ridiculous for the horrible service. I will never again shop from this site .

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service!
Product (extractor fan) came damaged (box has obviously been opened before)
They wouldn’t change the item and said it was beyond the 14 days even though that was just because they never reply to the emails we sent on the day we received it. Eventually offered to take it back but we have to pay shipping and then they can say it arrived damaged and give us nothing!
Spent over €5k with them and this is how they treat customers. Never again!
