We bought tickets with Mozio
We bought tickets with Mozio, through a link from TUI, i.e. TUI recommends them.
The buss carrier was Swiss Tours.
Our flight was 2h late and we missed the buss.
We called Swiss Tours but they told us to talk to Mozio.
We called Mozio who said the tickets were not usable anymore and that we had to buy new ones.
So we lost about 130 euro buss tickets and spent 35 euro on phone calls.
Then we had to buy new tickets, this time with Flix buss.
I must say that I'm very disappointed!
Swiss told me to not use Mozio in the future and I agree, go for the carriers directly instead; Swiss Tours, Flix buss...
This is not the end of this, I will spread this all over Internet.
DO NOT USE Mozio! When things go wrong, their support is bad and they don't help you. 👎

My wife and I booked round-trip ground transportation in Cancun (airport to hotel and return) for December 2025 through Booking.com, with Mozio as the provider. What an absolute disaster.
Mozio is by far the most unreliable and customer-unfriendly transportation company I have ever dealt with. We travel frequently and have used ground transportation services all over the world without issues, but DO NOT use Mozio if you have any other option.
They never showed up at the Cancun airport, leaving my wife and me stranded with no transportation to our hotel. As a result, we missed our dinner reservation and essentially lost the first day of our vacation. When we called Mozio, we were bluntly told that they had no driver available and were instructed to take a taxi, with a promise that we would be reimbursed.
That reimbursement never happened. Since then, we have spent hours on phone calls and emails trying to recover $185 in out-of-pocket expenses caused solely by their failure to provide the service we paid for. I have over 10 emails from Mozio promising a refund. Nothing but empty promises.
I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my credit card company just to recover the $120 we initially paid. Mozio still refuses to reimburse the additional $65 we were forced to pay for taxi service, not to mention the wasted time, stress, and frustration.
This company is completely unprofessional, unreliable, and shows zero accountability or compassion for their customers. If you value your time, your money, and your vacation, avoid Mozio at all costs and save yourself a lot of aggravation.
My driver never came to pick me up at…
My driver never came to pick me up at Jakarta airport. I remained stranded for one hour until I shifted to ride sharing. The driver told me that he was “stuck” in traffic but the App showed him immobile. None of the “emergency “ phone numbers / emails replied to my request. Strongly advice to avoid.
