Accurate fast sustainable packaging great product

Delivery is very slow and not in line with the order placed. Placed an order for delivery on the 1st of December (still not received) and there is not even a working tracking number on this day 😳. So who knows when or if it will arrive. Very poor service.Allegedly sent from SPAIN??

I find many of the products (supplements, Epsom salt etc.) I need on this website and for good prices, depending on the product. However, there are delivery costs, whereas other webshops offer free delivery. I would buy more often if delivery were free.

I ordered from them a couple of times (VERY slow shipping) and my last two orders were cancelled by them after I waited for 2 weeks for them to be shipped. They actually sent me an email telling me to click a link to their ZenDesk to confirm I want to wait, and the LINK DOESN'T WORK. Customer support is fully supplied by robots. Not good robots either.

The price ain't bad. The issue here, is the expedition time and the support.
In the beginning, my bad, I didn't check the expected delivery date. Which was after a month and some days from the order. Which was already quite a lot.
After one week, I simulated another order for the same product. The expected delivery date was two days before mine.
I've tried to canceI the order. To do so, they wanted name, mail and cell number. I understand name and mail, NOT the cellphone number.

Great product

I don't know what happened to Naturitas. Before placing an order in December last year, I had never had any issues with this company. However, I am still waiting for the delivery I ordered back on December 18th, 2024. The online order status still says "Draft," even though I paid in full. I tried contacting them via the form on January 2nd, but I have not received any response yet.

Store is very eco friendly so packaging for glass should be more thorough. My second order of juice broke on the way to me, first came in a perfect condition, it could be also delivery company's fault. The store made full refund. I would be cautious ordering things in glass but otherwise it's a trustworthy business. I will order again.

Order never came. Complaint not answered. No refund. $80 lost. Company advertises doing ethical business. Fraud.

My parcel has not been delivered for weeks. I’ve been reaching out to their customer support multiple times: no response, the website bot is not working as well. I’m afraid this is a scam and I just lost me money as this is my first experience with this webshop and it’s not nice as you can imagine :( not advised

The delivery are not made on time and this can be an issue. I am still waiting and probably I need to go and pick up by myself as I have to go on holiday.

I ordered and payed for products and have been tracking my order and there is no update from the 11 July 24. Where are my products????Customer service is shocking,

I have ordered on 4 seperate occasions. I order a vegan all natural liquid iron for my daughter which you cannot get in the US. Each time, I received what I ordered. I am in FL and the company is out of Spain. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because 2 of the bottles were broken (out of 5) when the shipment arrived, twice, however, the customer service team was on top of it and after I emailed and sent pictures, they refunded me for the broken bottles.

I ordered 2 pack of vitamins, I have never recieved my parcel, I can not track the parcel via the track number, I wrote an email, tomorrow I will call them. I did a huge mistake to order there. SCAM!

Worst ever! I ordered and I am from in the US and I never received my order! I asked for a refund and never received anything!
Poor customer service. I don't recommend
