Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They sent me the wrong label for my return, they now can't track the parcel properly and they refuse to refund me an item worth 300 euros. I have proof of return, proof of communications with them and i returned my parcel more than 3 weeks ago. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BUY FROM THEM.

The correct return instructions for orders from our international webside were included on the return note inside the package as well as on our website (https://www.outnorth.com/int/faq/return), but we acknowledge that the incorrect label for our german customers, that was unfortunately in your parcel, may have led to this unfortunate mix-up.
To ensure we resolve this promptly, we have already contacted DHL to request an immediate update on the status of your return parcel, as we already let you know in our email coversation.
Regarding your concern about the refund, please be assured that you will receive your refund as soon as the returned parcel reaches our warehouse. If for any reason the parcel is not located or received, we will take further steps to work on a solution of course.
We will keep you informed with any updates we receive from DHL and will contact you again as soon as we have more information.

It may sound strange to write a very positive review for something that I never received. Ordered a pair of gloves for my girlfriend for Christmas. Although they were sent off by outnorth, DHL never delivered them. They did show us a forged receiver-note, clearly signed by the delivery guy himself.
Great disappointment.
Had to go out of my way to buy yet another very expensive pair of gloves on Christmas Day.
But the customer service of outnorth handled this totally clear, fair, fast and honest. They receive five stars for solving other people‘s mistakes. Great service.

A disappointing and expensive waste of time
I ordered a water purifier (2200kr) for a trip to India, prior to my departure I tested the water filter. There was a hole in the seam of the dirty water bag (100kr), an obvious production error. I attempted to contact costumer services, but they were closed until January 13th for Christmas holidays. Totally unacceptable for a company of its size to close all its customers services right after Christmas. I ended up buying another cheaper water filter with a compatible dirty water bag (747kr). I contacted Outnorth when I returned home. They first ask for a video, and then they wanted photos, and then they wanted me to send in the product so that the supplier could inspect the product, not to offer me a refund. They never offer to refund or replace the product or even an offer to replace the dirty water bag. The customer service staff were friendly enough, but their priority is not customer service, it is avoiding returns. I have worked in outdoor gear retail and this should have been an automatic refund case. I would never order anything from Outnorth again. It was a very disappointing and expensive waste of time.

Angående åbningstider, så var det blot telefonsupporten som var lukket, men Kundeservice har været på plads i hele perioden, for at besvare emails.

Deeply disappointing
Deeply disappointing. Maybe this firm just consists of one person in a warehouse - who knows? No acknowledgement of orders - have they been received? Have they been processed? (And yes - the spam filter was repeatedly checked - you just keep your customers in the dark). Then if you contact Outnorth customer service … no reply. Then you contact customer service again .. no reply. Unhelpful and unresponsive in equal measure.

FAKE Hoka Bondi 8 now I have a knee injury
I bought a pair of Hoka Bondi 8, five months ago. Ive been Running for years and currently training for a Marathon. Never had a problem with Hoka Bondi 8, I’m also used to train for long distance running. But I started having issues with my knees. Even short runs seemed hard for my knees and Legs and 15+ k started to hurt hips and knees a lot (This is not normal).
Can’t bike, run or walk stairs at the moment. Very painful. I’m completely devastated left with a knee injury.
Here’s the crazy part: had a good look at the shoes I bought from outnorth.com and compared them with my old running shoes (same model). Turns out the pair from out north is FAKE. Lots of obvious signs ones you compare them… and I’ve always felt something is off with this pair.
The soles is hard, lots of glue issues, logo issues and something is just off by the look and feel. But WOW it looks like the real deal until you take a REALLY close look. Fooled me for 4 months.
Gonna build a case and hopefully they will quit their supply of fake Hoka. Just take care out there and shop from trustworthy shops.

I had a fantastic experience shopping online with Out North. The process was incredibly smooth, with fast delivery and plenty of payment options. I made a mistake with the spelling of my name when placing the order, which prevented me from collecting my parcel at the service center. I contacted their customer service, and they were beyond helpful—quick to respond and very cooperative. They resolved the issue with a “we’ll sort it out” attitude, making everything happen super fast. I’m truly grateful for their exceptional support and highly recommend shopping with Out North in Sweden.
