I am extremely frustrated with Payoneer. For over 3 months, I have been unable to link my account with Amazon. They keep promising an email within 48 hours that never arrives. I am stuck in a dead-end loop with no solution. Furthermore, I cannot receive credit/debit card payments from my clients; they simply tell me "you do not apply" without any explanation, despite the fact that I have a legally registered LLC with all documents up to date.
My business will never be able to grow or rely on them when they operate this way. They are failing at the very core services they were supposedly created for. When a platform operates like this, it is impossible to feel safe or trust that your clients' money is secure. They could easily lose your money or avoid responsibility by saying "there is no specific reason."
It is a total disaster. I do not recommend this application to ANYONE.

I've been making attempts since over the weekend up until present to have customer service allow for me to enter into my online account, with little to no avail until present. The reason I keep submitting the same requests is because I need to transfer the funds that are currently located in the US dollar balance over to my Euro card that is active at present. If I don't make the transfer then I won't be able to use the funds presently there, please assist.
Worst experience. I don't have any pending verification. I have completed all verification process. Also funds are available in my Payoneer account. and but account is blocked. We delivered the service. But money got blocked. We did not receive any single response from Payoneer support team regarding the fixation of the account.

It has been over a week and my payment is still showing as pending, with no explanation for the delay. I have already raised a support ticket but haven’t received a resolution. Payments are extremely important, and such delays without clear communication are very concerning. This issue needs to be addressed urgently, as this level of service is not acceptable.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a platform. After spending time, effort, and trust using their service, they suddenly closed my account without any proper explanation. No warning, no clear reason, and ZERO helpful support.
I tried contacting them multiple times, but all I got was automated replies and no real solution. It feels like they don’t value their users at all.
This whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I deserve better, and so do all users who depend on their platform.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Google uses this platform to refund customers as part of its extended repair program. (The phone batteries began to overheat, think Samsung exploding phones all over again)
I have been waiting 3 months for Payoneer to complete my KYC check and it is still pending. They do not require any extra documents from me, and the process says it takes 3-5 business days.
If you want to waste your time and annoy your customers, use this platform.

My husband did everything they asked for including extremely dodgy ways of confirming identity (sending selfie photo with date...???!???) and at the end advising 'dont contact us anymore'
they are scam. dont use it. avoid it.
since this is a official ebay payment this is great opportunity for legal class action.

I am beyond frustrated and exhausted. For 9 months, I have been locked out of my account without a single successful login. I have tried every official channel, but all I get are automated bot responses that lead to a dead end. This is not just a minor issue; it is a total failure of customer support!
I am stuck on a security question ("What is your paternal grandmother's first name?") that I cannot answer because I never had the chance to fully set up the account. To make matters worse, I no longer receive ANY password reset emails to my registered address, even though I've checked every folder.

I have a personal Payoneer account and I am unable to access my funds due to a verification process that has been stalled since January 22, 2026.
I submitted the requested documents (Bank verification and URL), but the status remains 'Under Review' for nearly 3 weeks. The 'Utility Bill' was marked as 'Not Accepted' on Jan 20, but the system has not provided a clear way to resolve this or moved forward with the other documents.
