Large package delivery improvements

I had a big package on a pallet to be delivered. It was really good to have updates on which number on the route you are until the driver would be there. However, I live in a 4.mansbolig and the driver did not come into the hallway but expected me to be glued to the window. It was by chance I noticed that he had arrived. Another point of improvement is making sure that the people on the chatline know about this route update system you have in place. It would have saved me some worries about planning around work. But all in all, I am happy with the delivery and service. Thanks.
