Great experience

Great experience. Great price. I paid for next-day delivery but there was a courier delay. I emailed, and they issued a refund really quickly for the express delivery option I paid for. They have clearly invested in their AI customer support process' and it really shows in the speed of resolution!

I didn’t receive the order even after…

I didn’t receive the order even after reminder ! My Credit Card was charged at once but I‘m still missing the delivery.
My trust in this shop is gone 🙃

1 Article they made a mistake and send me the wrong size of tires.

No customer support/warranty for wheels

Recommend not to purchase wheel from this web-site or any other product which might require customer support...
Bought a pair of wheels as a 2nd pair for summer:
- used for <500km in dry weather
- 1 year passed since purchase (2 years warranty)
- both wheels were not rotating smooth
- sent a request for repair under warranty
- rejected due to bearings not covered
- asked if sealed bearings are not covered what do you cover in warranty. Got no answer bad maintenance is not covered. Well I did not need to maintain a sealed bearing which is less than 500km
- Conclusion: poor customer support

Return a helmet

I bought a helmet and it arrived in a couple of days. Unfortunately it did not fit to my head so I had to return it back (until this, everything is ok).
Than a tragedy has started: The return was made on November, 2nd (Poste Italiane) and the package was correctly delivered. Now, it is December, 3rd and I have no news about my money nor the helmet.
I called the customer service and wrote many emails but no one has still answered me back. Now the italian website is not available.
DO NOT BUY ON THIS WEBSITE, its customer service apparently does not exists and till now I lost about 136€!

First and last time using the store.

First time using the store, I made an account to order over 100€ of goods, and I was greeted at *every* *single* *login* with a captcha (increasingly more challenging).

After brushing that off, I proceeded with my order and when selecting the delivery options, the best drop-off location I was given was 20+km away. However, the next day, one the two compatible locations right next to me (listed on the "mondial relay" website), was somehow available. Frankly weird.

Lastly, since I was hesitating between two items, I decided to check the reviews in all the available languages, one by one; and I got absolutely "locked" on the Spanish one. It was completely impossible to get back to the French website, I was redirected every time. In incognito, or not, same thing. The only way not to get redirected was to use a different browser and not logging into my account (making ordering impossible)... Finding this beyond weird, I sent my login to a friend living abroad, and he confirmed that, after logging in, we was also "locked" to the Spanish website.

Considering all of this, I certainly ain't going to send them cash any time soon. Or ever.
