Mr Wahlstätter was very helpful with us from the beginning. Initially, we missed our payment deadline, after already putting a deposit on our trip. He worked hard for us and got us restarted so that we could finalize our payment.
We arrived at the airport at 22:30pm, for a flight at 00:30am. Come to find out, we missed the date completely by one day, because of the confusion of time. Frustrated, we booked a hotel nearby and waited until the morning to find a solution. Mr. Wahlstätter was very quick to help us out and find a new flight for us, so we wouldn’t miss our whole vacation. It was our fault, so we had to pay, but it was a great deal, given the short notice. I’d highly recommend Mr. Walstädter as a travel agent, and we’ll definitely be using him again for future trips! This did not just feel like a business transaction with him but more like a personal level customer service.

Our vacation to Djerba in Tunesia
We are new customers at lastminute, and I can say we are so happy that we chose your company to travel with. I have panic fear, and yesterday I wrote Alltours about my problem, and already today we got an answer that they have give me and my husbond a seat in front of the plane. We are so happy for the service you have been given us, and if the hotel is good too - I can tell you It wont be the last time we have bought a vacation from you. And STEPHAN - you are the best.... Hugs from both of us for your wonderful service you have provided us with.
