A poor version of what was advertised. A scam I think. Difficult to set up due to poor instruction leaflet. It seems I need to keep the item charging whilst in use. Sound and vision issues. Not good! No obvious means of contacting vendor to give direct feedback and ask questions.

Luckily paid via Paypal so referred to them . Got refund on last day of Paypal investigation with no contact from the terrible 3 . Avoid Zj bargains , Shopify and Evri like the plague or you will loose .Paypal rescue from dodgy dealers especially Zj bargains .

Shopify, very dodgy in my experience
I ordered a Keter storage box from shed UK for £99, but on the receipt, I was buying from a dodgy company called "Bagain Beds"(correct spelling) I received a confirmation saying that I would be notified when shipped. FORCED DOUBLE PAYMENT: Shopify is holding my money hostage despite 2x identity verification!
I am writing this to warn other merchants about Shopify's absurd internal procedures and misleading support advice. I have been stuck in a nightmare for over a month and a half.
The Situation: I bought a theme for my first store. When I closed it and wanted to transfer the license to my new store, a Shopify agent explicitly told me: "Buy the theme a second time to save time, and we will refund your first purchase." This was a trap.
The Facts:
It has been over 45 days and I am still waiting for my refund.
I have followed every single instruction and completed the Stripe Identity Verification TWICE.
Despite more than 10 follow-up emails, I am now being told the refund is "not guaranteed" because of a "different email address" issue—even though it was THEIR agent who told me to proceed this way!
Shopify is essentially forcing me to pay twice for the same digital product that I already own. Their support admits I’ve jumped through every hoop, yet they refuse to release my money. This is unprofessional and feels like a scam to keep merchant funds.

I ordered an item through Shop Pay from MIJORI. No hat, no refund and no help at all from Shopify. All they said was "Your complaint has been forwarded to the merchant." Basically, try your luck with them but don't bother us about your missing money.

I am a new small business called Prettygirlsboutiique. I made my website on Shopify trying to make sales. I had been with them for a year and a half, paid for marketing and all. Only to only ever get 1 sale on the website over the 1 year+ I have been with them. Which is weird to me as I expected to sell more, as I had Google ads also and the SEO works.
Also I had an app called Shopify collective to add other sellers products on my website to give more options to my customers and to make my website more busy. However same issue no sales. Once I had 1 sale on the website it was with a company called GETTODAY selling women’s clothes. Which I had a discount on my website and the supplier agreed to sell at the price I had set with the Boxing Day discount. After the app Shopify collective, charged me the full product price and I had to cover the Boxing Day discounted price difference on top of the paid product. Which I felt was unfair as we’re supposed to make profit not make losses on the website. Then I cancelled and refunded the customer so everything could be sorted. But my payout got charged to pay the supplier and keep me on a minus. So I recreated a new order to get the refund back to from the customer as I didn’t know what else to do due to have NO HELP AT ALL. Then the supplier was told by me not to send an item and not to fulfill but he still did anyway and charged my payout again the full amount. My payout is stuck on £45.06 debt over items I never sold or made any profits instead I’m stuck in debt. I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone THEY DONT HAVE ANY CALLINT OPTIONS. Seems weird and scam because every company has a call section for emergencies. This issues has been going on since December 26th when this 1 order was placed. And today’s 29/01 still no solution I’m being asked to cover the debt even though the GETTODAY suplier doesn’t want to refund the funds from the item he had returned to him.

I recently had an interaction with Rose and Hays who has a Shopify store regarding a personalised gift, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. While the products themselves may look appealing online, the level of customer service provided by the owner, Emily, was quite off-putting.
I found the communication style to be unprofessional and surprisingly dismissive. There was a noticeable lack of humility when addressing my concerns, and the overall tone felt condescending rather than helpful. It is always a shame when a small business owner’s attitude makes the buying process stressful instead of enjoyable.
Based on the rudeness I encountered, I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending this shop to others who value respectful and friendly service.
Stop trying to take money after I cancel!
You are nothing but money grabbing scammers and you need to be closed down! No customer support! Only a chat that never connects! taking money after cancellation!??? If you attempt to take money from my account again I will seek legal advice and sue! Your days are numbered shopify!

The Review score clearly shows how bad this company is, they clearly don’t give a dam about people getting scammed as they appear to only host scammers. If I see any online shop that uses Shopify I will simply move on as it appears you will have an excellent chance it’s going to be a bad experience.
I do not understand why any reputable company would use this service when the reviews point to scams therefore, they will be tard with the same brush.

Horrific experience!!! my husband purchased a Konner & Sohen generator at the price of £1400 from Dimax. It turns out that they are based in Germany and communicating with them or trying to resolve an issue when the generator developed a fault after 10 months was a living nightmare. If you order in the uk, the company fulfilling the order should also be in the uk. We are off grid and the generator provides us with back up power, we have had no back up power since 18th December and NO-ONE CARES!!!! my husband has a muscle wasting condition and we have young children in the household. They have been messing us around over collection and expect me and my husband to load a 22kg generator onto the back of a lorry. sadly our magic carpet is out of action. My husband weighs 55kg and I have a hernia. We have had the generator checked by a uk company and dimax international GMBH could simply pay for the part to be fitted, but the wont. I think they will collect the generator and then try and imply that there are other issues that I cannot argue once they have the generator in their possession. The generator has only done 150 hours in 10 months and I feel that for it to fail already supports the fact that it is not fit for purpose and I should have received a refund, but buying through spotify has left me powerless to use my uk based consumer rights and trying to contact shopify is an absolute stress in itself. my advice is to buy local! Never again will I use either company

Is there a no stars!! As keen gardener I buy a lot of plants on line. Previously I’ve paid on card or PayPal. Now I find when I get to checkout it’s shop or guest, even when have account with company. Once you do that you can’t get out of it! You’re not in control, shopify is😬
I can no longer view my orders on line with some companies, it sends me straight to shopify. Companies ignore emails. I can name companies….but won’t at this point! I am now looking for suppliers that don’t use shopify!!!!!!

I will not order from any company that uses this app. Before the payment process they want information, ostensibly to verify that you are who you claim to be, backed by a OTP to your mobile. They are data gathering. There is no information on what they are doing with this data.

Had an order for a company using these. Gets you to install an app and then scans you emails. If using google the security will alert you so you need to uninstall and change password.
