This is the best comparison site I've used for finding a new cell phone plan. Makes the process really easy. Highly recommend it.
I was trying to find a better cell phone plan than the one I Had for a few months. I wanted to switch cell phone plans and carriers, but it was such a difficult process because I don't know anything about which plans or carriers were the best. Fortunately, I found Wirefly, which let me compare cell phone plans and find a new one in a matter of minutes, and even got me a deal on it too! I highly recommend this site.
This site is awesome for comparing cell phone plans. I used Wirefly and found a bunch of plans I would have never known existed. I see they also have tools for comparing TV, Internet, and insurance plans, which I will definitely use before I make my next buying decision.
Wirefly is one of the best places to compare cell phone plans. If you go and check out their plan comparison engine, you'll see it's very comprehensive and informative and lets you make an informed buying decision. They also have good tools for comparing internet service, TV plans, and more. I had a good experience using Wirefly.
I'm not sure when Wirefly went to the dark side, but they are no longer the source for discount hardware. I've purchased my last three phones from them and when I go back to get my fourth, it keeps sending me to my provider's website...which I am trying fervently to avoid. They must've made a deal with the devil because they've cut themselves out as a third party and become some sort of glorified middle man. Oh well, all good things come to an end and I'll have to find somewhere else to take my business. Way to go, knuckleheads!
I am really very very much impressed with Wirefly . I had purchased accessories for my blackberry from here and they are working super fine. Best accessories in best budget. I am proud to share it with my friends and many of them have decided to go with wirefly the next time they need anything like this. Highly Recommended.
Wirefly your amazing. I don't usually post reviews, but I thought I'd help other skeptics by letting them know that their offers are legit.
Seamless process. Quick and easy to use. I was skeptical, but everything turned out great, Free activation. The phone was free and so was the shipping. I'll shop here again.
I have purchased 3 phones from Wirefly. The online ordering process was easy. I found the BlackBerry easily, checkout was seamless, Free FedEx delivery ontime.
I love my new phone and I love Wirefly.
HERE ME NOW AND LISTEN TO ME LATER.... ***DO NOT PURCHASE FROM WIREFLY!*** I have been purchasing things online for years now and it's basically second nature. I've purchased things domestic and abroad, all types of different products and services, and have never had the problems that I have had with Wirefly. I bought 2 Motorola Android phones, one being a brand new number and the other being switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. Guess what, they never activated my phones! They tell me to call Verizon, I call about 4 times, and after speaking with basically the top Customer Service Manager, they completely assured me that activation falls under Wirefly. I call back (now this is my 3rd time speaking with Wirefly) and they tell me that they forwarded the matter to their escalation department and there is nothing else they can do for 48 hours, and by the way, you can't even speak with the escalations department to find out what the hell is going on.... so, to sum it up, they charged me for activation on May 7th, and I get the phones on May 11th, and the account is basically a dead shell and has nothing going on. They made me feel like this was my fault.... if I could activate my own phone through some sort of computer system, I obviously would have done it to avoid A. Calling Verizon 4 times B. Calling Wirefly 3 times C. To avoid actually going to the Verizon store and D. Having to come on here and let people know what is really going on with these crooks!
Basically, to sum it up... this is by far the worst online purchase, worst cellphone experience, and overall stupidity, I guess, on my part because I READ SO MANY TERRIBLE REVIEWS ABOUT WIREFLY!
Oh, and I forgot to mention, that great "Free Shipping" they offer... screw it. They sent my phones from Maryland, to Virginia, to Western Pennsylvania, just to come to me in New Jersey! Go Green!
So, I plead with you, if you have read this far, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING, I MEAN ANYTHING FROM WIREFLY!!!!! I read all the reviews, just as you are doing right now, and thought "Oh, it can't be that bad." No, it's worse than that.
Bar-none the worst customer service I have ever seen.
I had what started out as a really bad experience with this company recently. I had ordered 2 new phones and was going to switch providers and keep my old cell phone numbers (this is called "porting"). My phone number was ported before I actually received my new phones though, leaving me without service for several days. I knew I was going to be out of town and I wasn't concerned with getting my phones quickly and had planned to activate them when I got back in town so I didn't choose a fast shipping option. But your old service gets cut off when they port your number and even though my new provider had me all set up, I had not received my new phones yet. Therefore I could not use my old phone and had no phone service. I called customer service to try and resolve this situation and had a bad experience with that as well. The guy kept telling me that I chose the wrong shipping option when the problem was really that my number was ported before I received the phone and activated it.
I'm not sure if this was a fluke or what. However, I was contacted within 24 hours of placing a complaint by a manager and the COO and they apologized and next day aired me my phones and 2 free accessories. I still had to go without a phone for 5 days BUT they really stepped up to correct the situation! And I felt like they were really concerned about resolving everything so that I was happy. So, at the end of the day, even though I didn't have the best experience in the beginning, they did work hard to resolve it and make it right.
Shipping was fast but the products I ordered from Wirefly was not reliable - no QA check done on the cell phone - sent me a defective open box phone even though they claimed it is a new phone- very unreliable - accessories are overpriced and very cheap quality
