We ( yuzzu states 24/24 assistance in case of accident with a phone number to call): impossible to get anyone on the phone for 2 hours. Instead the chatbot sends you to another chatbot in english ( the incident is in Flanders-Belgium). After insisting for over 2 hours we get someone ( something?) on the line who is very annoyed, annoying and tells us in the end ‘it’ will leave us as they have ‘ work’ to do.
If this was a real insurance company they should know that helping customers in distress during an incident , IS their work to do.
Shameless and shameful. This kind of non companies need to go out of the market asap. And they appear to be part of the AXA group ???

I've been corresponding with Yuzzu for more than 3 weeks about car insurance for my wife. Every time I received a mail about documents being not complete regarding damage free years.
I phoned them several time and always received the message "we will investigate it". Finally someone was able to tell me that they need a declaration of cancellation. So I did and received a confirmation mail from the successful upload of the document.
After 5 working days I contacted them again and they stated that they never received the document.
The only thing they could share is letter of refusal for my request.
Just to inform everyone, Yuzzu is not that partner for your insurance.

Worst customer service experience ever. I've insured a lot of cars and motor bikes with them, always satisfied, but the last year has been a disaster. Stay away from them, terms and conditions means nothing!

I've bought insurance in many countries, but this company still operates like it's 2001. There's no mobile or even online signup site, the signup process involves dozens of emails requesting documents, as if they have manual backend processing.
