I purchased travel insurance on Booking…

I purchased travel insurance on Booking for a trip from Mexico with my family from October 1 to October 11, 2025. However, on September 27 my wife broke her leg, suffered multiple fractures, and is unable to travel.
We provided the insurance company with all the medical documentation, and to this day (today is February 11, 2026) we have not received any payment. It has been five months, and the only response from the insurance company is: “Please wait, we have forwarded your case to the director.”
Terrible scammers — do not deal with them and do not buy this insurance on Booking. By the way, Booking did not help in any way either.
