Many bad reviews but I'm a happy customer

Usually I don't put reviews here, but just check before purchasing.

I really was in need for a new wheel, but was hesitant after all the bad reviews here.

Still ordered, by far cheapest price online, processed and delivered very fast, with good packaging.

So because of all the bad reviews, I would like to leave my positive experience here, it was flawless and a good product.

first class email service and also…

first class email service and also first class shipment from France to Scotland (I tried shopping at other EU cycle shops for a replacement part for my Mavic Deemax ultimate rear hub axle...but they wouldn't ship to the UK at all)... XXcycle did with no hassles whatsoever....I highly recommend this shop.. :-)

Very good!

Fast processing and shipping, and delivery was quick too. I just think communication responsiveness could improve.

Wrong product and no financial compensation

They don't send me the product I ordered w/o any information.

I had to open an aftersales request to get an answer. HMI to manage request is very poor.

And they never sent me the financial compensation they have proposed.
