Terrible customer service for a broken product THEY gave me
Terrible customer service and refusal to follow EU consumer rights. I bought a pair of Oakley Sutro Sweep sunglasses, but they arrived faulty - one arm doesn’t extend fully, making them sit unevenly. Instead of offering a refund or replacement, the store only offered a 20% discount (later increased to 30%), despite the product being defective and unfit for purpose.
I’ve spent weeks chasing them, and they ignore emails or take days to respond. The product is sold out, so they can’t replace it, yet they refuse a full refund unless I take the faulty item to their store or pay to post it myself. This is a clear violation of EU consumer rights.
Avoid this store - if you receive a faulty product, expect poor service, slow responses, and a battle to get what you're legally entitled to.
