I want to share my honest feedback regarding the quality of YoungLA leggings.
This is the second time I’ve experienced a hole in my leggings despite minimal use. For the price point, I expect a product that is durable and can be worn for at least a year without issues. This kind of wear under such light use is disappointing and not what I would expect from a brand positioned as premium.

I love this company because it was worth all my money and definetly made my christmass, i needed gymwear and ive noticed influencers wearing the brand and i love it the Quality is worth everypenny shipping was free and is also in EU so the shipping was only 3 Days for me, 100% recommend best clothes i ever wore!

HORRIBLE.!!they canceled my order the day after it…
they canceled my order the day after it was supposed to be delivered and when we called and asked they said that the items i ordered were sold out when i bought them so they couldn’t send it to me. this was supposed to be a birthday gift and his birthdays in a couple days and now im scrabbling to try to figure out what else to do. if the items are sold out they should put that on the website and NOT LET YOU BUY IT!! horrible website, horrible customer service, horrible experience over all!

I ordered a hoodie via shop and it came in about a week, I personally didn’t have any problem with shipping and condition, I ordered from NYC. Fire collab hoodie. Only wish is if they restock certain items, if not they shouldn’t have them on if it’s been sold out for a while
FRAUD Warning
First: Returns Not Possible! The return labels provided from YounglaEU cannot be used (Germany). Even after multiple requests and explanations, the customer service acts clueless and does not understand the problem. Returning items is simply not possible! Be careful! After multiple rounds of email ping-pong, I finally received ONE return label — for FOUR packages. Even then, customer service once again failed to understand the actual problem.
Second:
The refund was incorrect. Customer service claims that I kept several items, which is simply not true. This is fraud against a long-term customer.
I can now only advise everyone not to order here. The company appears to have become arrogant over time.

Ordered several items over the past year, they just can’t get their shipping together. Seems like everything comes separately with the incorrect size. No one can assist via phone or email.
Not good quality
I sent two email with no response. About my order that has Very poor quality. The stitches came apart after the first wear. Definitely not worth the money.
Defective item and complete lack of customer support
I received my order from YoungLA on January 5th, and unfortunately one of the items arrived in a defective condition.
I contacted YoungLA for the first time on January 6th to report the issue and request a solution. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up messages through different channels, including emails (from more than one email address) and the contact form on their website, where I also attached clear photos of the defect.
As of today (January 12th), after 6 days, I have received no response at all. Not even an acknowledgment.
I am not asking for anything unreasonable — just a replacement or a refund for a defective product. The total lack of customer service and communication is extremely disappointing, especially from a brand of this size.
I genuinely like the brand and their products, which makes this experience even more frustrating. I hope this review finally prompts YoungLA to review my case and contact me, as it seems impossible to get any response through private channels.

Ordered a hoodie in women's medium, received a thermal men's top size large. Won't reply to my emails, can't call because number is American and I'm in the UK. I've emailed about 12 times
