I emailed customer service regarding when my order will be shipped due to it being a few days since the order was processed. Marin quickly responded providing in detail the order/creating/shipping process. She offered to send me an email as my order moved thru the process, which I very much appreciated. She has been keeping my up-to-date on my order. One of the top customer service experiences I have had in a long time.

The communication was timely and very positive.
They attempted to make everything right and ultimately accepted my return with refund. They did have a few requirements but I felt they were necessary to more things forward. Although the dress did not fit the craftsmanship and materials were very good.

I ordered some beautiful dresses from Zapaka for a Gatsby party. I had to send them back as I didn’t need them all and the customer service was exceptional from the beginning to the end of this return process. There was the personal touch in every correspondence I had with Tiki who was so helpful especially as we were in the UK and Zapaka are in the USA the whole process was seamless and dealing with Tiki made it so easy wonderful customer experience and wouldn’t hesitate to order again, it’s nice to have that personal touch instead of AI!

The dress I order is beautiful and very well made. Unfortunatley, although I ordered Rust, the gown I reveived was definately orange and the color did not match the color on my item receipt. It is asymetrical, and the arm on one side was too large. I am attempting to return the item, but I do not have a return address other than the one on my shipping label. Am I to send this to JSS UGDD 875 W State St, Ontario CA 91762?
I plan on ordering more from your site, I just need to return this one first. Thank you!

The problem is not your agents they were all great. The problem is that you say on your website that you offer full refunds, however you tired to make me chose one of your other options and I had to email you several times before the refund was offered.

When I processed my order, I had to go back and double check on the size. When I did that, I didn't notice my promo code dropped off. I overpaid. I contacted Zapaka Customer Service and Riley was able to quickly help refund the money I should have had discounted at the time of order. I really appreciated their quick and helpful communication.

I ordered three items from Zapaka NZ at a cost of NZ$360 including shipping, to be sure at least one dress would be a good fit in time for an upcoming event. The website promised easy returns and exchanges. Tracking information indicated it originated in China. All three items did show up in a single package after about three weeks but with no shipping document inside and no return information. One dress was suitable so I contacted Zapaka to return the other two. I was informed I would have to ship the products to the USA at my expense and, after it was inspected, and if no problem with the returned product, it would be refunded "from the original route" (China?), with a 15% restocking fee deducted. Otherwise I could keep the products and get a coupon worth $15 towards any product, or a coupon worth $107 to order another of the exact same product. Zapaka makes the return for refund option so difficult, expensive and uncertain it is essentially worthless. I will never buy from Zapaka again and will donate the two dresses I can't use to a local charity secondhand shop.
Zapaka's response to my review above is to advise me to locate and send to their "official customer service email" the "original order details", the "package information", and "relevant communication records". If I send them all this information my return request can be "reviewed" and "re-evaluated" for a "more reasonable and satisfactory solution". Once again Zapaka makes the return process so difficult and time consuming for the customer that it's not worth the bother.

Cheap Fabric. Horribly cheap. You can find higher quality at dollar stores. It's great they offer custom fittings, and got them fairly correct, but the use of such horrible fabrics outweighs any positive feedback. $200 dress, worth $5 max.

Was honestly surprised to see all of the bad reviews. Ordered my prom dress about a month ago, it got delivered a few days ago. Bought the smallest size and it fit perfectly, unlike most dresses where the bust area is close to nonexistent. The quality is good considering it’s <$200, looks just like the photo and is absolutely beautiful!
