dont call support if you're 'only' an employee: the call ends automatically when you select this option.

called support, selected the option 'im an employee' (not of zenegy), then received an automated reply to contact my employer for help and the call ended.

im trying to update my banking info so i can get paid. super poor experience that you can't call for support if you're 'only' an employee.

Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. As an employee, you need to contact your employer who in turn can contact us. The reason behind this is that Zenegy has to comply with GDPR regulations.

Zenegy also has a certification called ISAE 3402. In order to achieve this certification, Zenegy must prove how we operate with and handle data.

Awesome service

This company's service is at a very high level. No matter if I contact a partner or support, I get the help that I need. The reply time is fast, and they answer all the questions that you have about the salary, problems with the system (which is very rare actually!!) or about the intermediaries they work with.
A separate appreciation for the salary system, which is way more user-friendly compared to Danløn and Bluegarden, and it is not hard to figure out how to use it after navigating through it a few times. Also, the support work is so much better than in the two salary systems mentioned previously.
And kudos to Mark Parrish who was willing to organize a Skype training about the system and additional perquisites offered. Thank you!!

Great Costumer Service

Zenegy have helped me and my company with problems over and over again. Their costumer service employees are friendly and feel available when talking to them. Furthermore, they're well educated in their platform and it always feel like a wholesome experience, after I've talked with them. They set a high standard for what costumer service also can be.

I had a great experience with customer…

I had a great experience with customer service, I wanted to change the language on how I received my payslips and Mark Parrish, who was the person that attended my enquire was super agile in his response and he followed up making sure that I had what I wanted (+ always being super friendly). Thanks Mark!
