Direct debit and invoicing not stopped after end of contact

The car was returned in April 25 and despite calling numerous times I am still receiving invoices and direct debits taken from my bank. No one seems to be doing anything about it! I’m on maternity leave and cannot afford these payments!

Hi Rachel, I am so sorry to hear this - that must be very stressful, especially with a new baby. I'd like to see if I can get someone to look at why the direct debits are still being taken. Please could you add your registration number in the information request I just submitted through Trustpilot? They only give you three days to respond, so please do reply as soon as you can.
