Creases and wrinkles can sometimes occur during packaging and transit. Usually, steaming the items and then leaving them to hang dry will allow the wrinkles to fall out naturally.

If you’ve tried this and the issue still hasn’t improved, please contact our customer service team with your order details and, if possible, a photo of the items.
They’ll be happy to look into this for you and help find a suitable resolution.
