Good communication prior to visit and arrived bang on time. My softener needed some proper servicing through my own fault. Dave W quickly assessed the situation and clearly explained my options. Felt very easy selecting the option to replace. Dave worked quickly and efficiently to replace my unit leaving everything spotless. Very happy with his support and the general experience. Second set of seals ordered and there was a minor issue with the size supplied. The company jumped on the issue and very quickly dispatched a new seal. First class service - I had an issue with a module and emailed the company. I had a response on a Friday evening within 15 minutes and after some initial fault finding a replacement was in the post within 30 minutes. Why don't we have more of this type of service on the web. I hope they don't become a victim of their success!
