Products are substandard for the price - gift cards given out rather than cash and also done incorrectly so despite taking a gift card a few months ago I am now fighting to get the gift card updated to the amount it should be - quite possibly the worst customer service for a high end brand

Having experienced an issue with my suitcase handle a year after purchase, I reached out for support and within 24 hours a replacement had been sent out to me - I was assisted by Rachael W who was kind, understanding and resolved my query quickly. Excellent customer service, and would definately purchase more cases.

Ordered and immediately realised it had gone to an old address - contacted within 4 mins of it to be told nothing I can do. They "attempted" to stop shipping, then attempted to stop courier all to no avail, when it was delivered I asked for support in getting it back and was told no. This is the second time I've had no customer service, the previous time the order went through twice and again, no support - I had to collect both then return. I'm shocked at how they can treat customers ordering £100's of pounds worth of products

Having not found a place to buy a real tree since moving to the area 4 years ago, we found these guys online and gave them a try - we were not disappointed. Service was on time when they said with notifications and the tree itself is just beautiful! We will be using them year after year

We’ve used CEX a couple of times but most recently for a PlayStation and an oculus. Not only is it cheaper but both items have been wicked, it has a guarantee of 2 years - we always check CEX now as it’s a brilliant way of purchasing items at a reduced price without reducing quality
