BUPA EXCESS yearly I have to deal with the ridiculous Excess policy where clinicians find out my excess is due and their A/c department have to track a payment back for failed payment. This should be directly yearly billed to policy holder to ensure this administration is sorted.i am now advised that there is a yearly excess per person on the one policy. So two People means two policy excesses. Both administered by rejecting approved claims through clinicians administration debt collection process.

Hotel was great but the Lift was out of action for entire stay and we had to pile into overcrowded lift after waiting for up to 10 minutes.

It made the stay stressful and we had occasions to be then left waiting for up to 10 minutes for breakfast seating.

It made the stay uncomfortable and nonstaff even apologised or offered apology

Brand new unit out of box set up and system has a known over heat issue when loading a PS5 game. System shuts down with overheat warning. Have been told this is a repair or replace with refurbished unit. Even for a day old unit. 15 day return turn around sla. For a brand new unit that is not functioning at all it's pretty terrible Customer service level. Buy and Xbox. As this is a terrible service

Brand new PS5 has a known Processor motherboard overheat issue. Where once you load a PS5 game the systems registers overheat and all fans kick in and unit shuts down. There is no software repair but you have to register the unit and return it to Sony for a repair or replace with “REFURBISHED” unit. There is an expected return Waiting 15 days from receipt. This is a widespread known issue for Ps5 tech issue.

Ebay allow users to list products that do not do what the claim. Recently i have confirmation form a seller that their lusted glucose monitor does not actually
Measure glucose. There are many examples of this on EBay. Ebay evaluated my report and said the listing does not contravene their policy.
Any product listed on Ebay does not actually have to meet the spec/calability listed.

Dealing with Stay for long as an option for a booking at Benalmádena Hotel palmers ok. Staff were friendly at Hotel. Room initially given was a corner room dark no balcony behind lift. I went to reception refusing accepting room. The reception staff were helpful to find an alternative room. Told it was a promotional room but not clearly advertised as dark no balcony room when i was booking. Appreciate Reception staff found alternate room. Thank you

Order confusion initially. Good customer team, sales knowledge. Order delivery team need some helo i had problems BUT complaints were well managed and lessons learnt by Customer services . The decking installed looks very smart and good quality.

Do not buy from them its all fraudulent and to entrap consumers

Stay well clear this is a scam Company that as most other reviews show is just a means to defraud customers with hidden pre agreement to pay
Monthly fees. Do not sign up to the trial as this gives them the I for to set up recurring payments unless you go through their systems to actively stop the ongoing payments. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Arranging delivery with Dino i asked to avoid Tuesday at time of order as i am having chemotherapy on Tuesdays. Dino confirmed A tuesday delivery and i had to alter arrange my treatment to accommodate this. Dino never showed up and-no call to explain, no email to explain. just a presumption that Dino will deliver on Wednesday my re arranged chemotherapy day. Finally Dino Customer support team stepped in and have helped to correct their mistakes

The delivered DINO decking has been installed and now looks really smart and good quality. Be careful to not over order bags of deck fasteners

Waited over an hour to get through and staff were very helpful and resolved my issue. I have been calling as required by their process and had to speak to a person. Over last three days with wait time continually over an hour. Eurostar need to get there act together as this is appalling customer service
