Delivery was missed due to an unfortunate phone/internet outage. My order was personally delivered the very next day with an offer of free installation for my inconvenience. Would definitely recommend. Product has just been installed and plumber has advised that it’s a ‘decent bit of kit’.

I have used The Cornish Company so many times now. For gifts and for myself when I fancy some Cornish Goodies.
They always deliver with care and on time and the products are always fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend and will use again and again :)

I ordered and paid £799 for an 8M Air Track and was sent a 3M airtrack. I have had no response from anyone as to a replacement or explanation to what happened. I am just being ignored.
Do not use this company.

The first holiday I have been on and not had any queues for check in, bag drop, collecting bagage, hotel transfer it was all so smooth that I kept thinking I had forgotten to do something! I would definitley recommend and will definitely be using again.

Initial service was great, ordered the sofa worth £6000 back in July, have had the delivery date cancelled 3 times now. This last time it was due to be delivered this Friday, they have cancelled today. Just a generic email text message sent. I can not call customer service as the lines are too busy. I will be going for a refund. Dreadful service, at least a courtesy call would have been nice or even an offer of discount. Unfortunately i will not recommend this company and will not shop here again.

Shocking!
Not only is the roulette obviously magnetized, proved by the croupier spinning the wheel and the ball sticking to number 29….but now if you ‘win’ money using your bonus you can not withdraw it! I won £115 last night but couldn’t take it out as it was won using the bonus money! Scammers, con men, avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!

I placed an order for a present for my daughters 5th birthday. A bike. Delivery stated 1 - 2 days. It was 5 days before the birthday so thought this would be plenty of time. Paid for the item and quickly received an email stating that the item was out for delivery and was given a tracking number & the courier company they were using. I kept checking the tracking number and it was saying that the courier company were waiting for the item from the supplier (Fun Time Toy Company) it didn't change for 3 days. Called F.T.T.C no one was in from customer services. left my number for them to call me back when they arrived. No one did, so I called them back, explained it was my daughters birthday the very next day and needed the bike. The lady said she wasn't sure what was going on and the bike was still in their warehouse! she said she will see if she can get it on a special delivery so that it was there in time for my daughters birthday and that she would call me and advise what was going on. No one called, no bike arrived for my daughters birthday. I had a very upset daughter that didn't get her bike for her birthday! it eventually arrived mid day! I contacted F.T.T.C by email expressing my disappointment and how heart broken my daughter was and the response I got.....nothing, not even an apology!! The bike I got was superb! I can not fault that at all and the price was reasonable but if you are thinking of using this company make sure you place your order a few weeks before you need the product! I'm guessing the courier company will be blamed if I ever do get a response from them! But im doubting that I will ever hear from them now they have had my money!
