Around 10 years ago we bought an upright Boston from Rimmers for delivery to Belgium and we were very satisfied. Now, buying a portable Kawaii ES120, once again Rimmers emerged as the most competitively priced at £519 (although annoyingly I have just seen it on sale in Bath, near where we now live, for £495!). Once again the purchase process and delivery were straightforward and we are really pleased with the instrument.

I lost my specs in Lanzarote airport and was really kicking myself as the insurance didn’t cover it. Then my cousin told me about Lensology and I remembered I had an old pair with an Armani frame knocking about somewhere. I found them and followed the Lensology process using my latest prescription and adding a few extras (including a frame refurbishment). I am delighted with the result which cost me about £60, a fraction of the cost of my lost specs. Now I don’t feel quite so bad about my carelessness!

TfW provides a straightforward but comprehensive online booking service, enabling travellers to obtain the best possible fares even when disparate groups of passengers (using a variety of rail cards) are travelling together. Simon Calder recommended TfW in his column once and I have used the app many times since; I'm very happy with the service.

On moving into a new, empty, two bedroom flat, I bought two single and one double Simba Pro mattress/mattress protector/pillow/quilt packs. These were delivered on the specified delivery date (along with divan bases from John Lewis), so that we had something to sleep on that night!
Delivery was efficient and everything was in perfect condition, although it would have been helpful if the delivery guys could have taken away the huge amount of cardboard packaging after unwrapping.
The products themselves are really comfortable. The mattress is firm but yielding and the memory foam at the surface does not become too hot. We are usually two-pillow users but Simba pillows are so substantial that one each is perfect. Altogether, very happy with my purchases.

I ordered a fairly high specification gaming PC for my son. The PC Specialist website is well organised and easy to use. Where my selection of one component led to incompatibility with another, I was alerted and offered alternatives. Even though my choice included the new and hard-to-obtain RTX3080 GPU, PC Specialist were able to complete my order in good time. Delivery from Wakefield, UK to Costa Teguise, Lanzarote was swift and problem free (even though we pay IGIC here and not VAT).
In conclusion, I am very happy with my decision to use PC Specialist as the source for my son's new gaming computer.

I bought two Savage Gear rods which had to be delivered to my cousin in Huddersfield as I live in Lanzarote. I was kept informed about the delivery process at every stage and, as I had planned, the rods were delivered in plenty of time for my cousin to bring them to Lanzarote this week. the rods are in perfect condition and exactly as described. I am very happy with them and the delivery process.

Very simple and efficient booking procedure online. Not sure why the same booking (same cabin, same meals etc) turned out to be substantially cheaper through Direct Ferries than when I did it through P&O's own website.

I have used Cabrera Medina many times in Lanzarote. Every time has been completely hassle-free with very new and clean cars, no fuss, no hidden charges and no problems. If there is a better care hire company, I have yet to find it.

I-ve used Cabrera Medina half a dozen times on our faily trips to Lanzarote. I have experience of many other car hire firms in Spain and other countries and CM are my favourite because the car is yours within minutes of arrival with no fuss about the state of the car, the amount of fuel, extras or anything like that. Drop off is a breeze too. CM really take all of the stress out of renting a car and the vehicles themselves are in great condition and very clean and odour-free inside. Don't hesitate to use them.
