Don't be fooled by the flashy website, this is a shady business run by anonymous people. Their prices are low but you will sincerely regret dealing with them if there is any problem at all with the product supplied. I finally received a refund on a defective bath, excluding most of the delivery charge, after a period of two months and 19 emails and telephone calls to them. I was mostly supplied with misinformation and empty promises over this period and even had to contact their supplier to get things moving. They claim on their website to provide outstanding customer service, this is a sick joke.

Okay except for password manager which I did not request, can't turn off and often prevents me from entering security codes due a stupid 'key' hanging over the input box.

This company are a disgrace. Ordered a piece of equipment at a cost of £400 which arrived badly damaged. Arranged for a collection but carrier did not turn up. Arranged a second collection and after nine days I have received no notification of return and no refund has been processed. Almost impossible to reach them on the phone and their 'chat' service does not work. It is no wonder that they do not have customer reviews on their website.

Recently purchased a metal Surrey side gate for a stone archway. No difficulty in installing it myself and it looks just great. Delivery was lengthy but since it was made to measure this was no problem at all. Not a cheap item in its long life life coating but it is a quality product and still worked out at less than half the price quoted by a local ornamental blacksmith to make and install something similar.

I was quite surprised that the new owners decided to revive Golfbuyitonline as a brand name in view of the many disappointed customers, including myself, who never received their goods when the previous business behind Golfbuyitonline went belly up. With some reservations I placed an order with new company in response to some very attractive offers and I could not fault the service or delivery. May it continue this way.

Bad reviews on companies are mostly removed without reason or explanation and those that remain do not therefore provide a balanced view.

I placed an order for items three weeks ago that they have consistently shown as in stock on their website. They gave one fictional estimated delivery date which passed 10 days ago. They do not now reply to emails or answer their telephones. I have no idea at the moment whether I will receive my goods or get my money back (£727).
