Wont be buying from them again.

I think that after buying 2 bottles of perfumes. (Expensive ones)
They did arrive separatly, as these were bought within days.
Each bottle arrived, in its own original box,within another box ,but no other wrapping, or card from the supplier.
And charging for postage, too.

Love My Glasses

Loved my glasses.
Like my Wife it was the first time buying glasses on line.
The Superb packing, glass case, and extras, were a bonus.
I love my Glasses, and am now going to order some Sunglasses.

I cant understand why there is no contact number for Hermes.All i get is an automated voice.I have had parcels not collected, and i have no one i can talk to.
Surely a company like this, should have a contact number, or email?
I know that it is now Elvri, but just the same.

SKY EMAIL ADDRESS

We are so disapointed, with Sky.Have been with them a long time.And on Saturday, we were blocked from using our primary e-mail address! Two telephone calls-- with no avail.Couldnt or wouldnt help.
The stress this is causing is unbelievable. We have important documents in the Archive, Family photos, and loads of now unanswered messages.
This email is connected to many many sites. Why were we blocked? Were we hacked?
PLEASE PLEASE make it right.
My Husband had just got his laptop back from being serviced, he tried to enter into the email and couldnt.
So i tried on our main computer, -i couldnt.!!
I went on the Sky Email forum, and lo and behold there are loads like us! Whats happening.
P.S Iam writing this with the email address that has been blocked, so its a waste of time sending one!!!

Shoddy Customer Care.

Since i wrote my first review about this firm, i recieved a telephone call from them! The lady from Customer services didnt seem to understand the problem of what was missing,(all she had to do was to look at the item and description!) so said she would get someone else to ring.That was 2 days ago! We are still without the "stands" to put the Lampost up. They are still missing. So we have an item which is useless.Just like the company that we bought it from.
For goodness sake, answer your phone, and answer your e-mails!!!
And send the missing parts.

SHOCKING AFTERSALES.

We ordered 2 items on Jan.8th.
The item code 1038000 (Solar Lamp) came at a later date.
We started unpacking it, to find that 4 of the "feet" were missing. I immediatly sent an email to Customer Services--but just recieved an automated reply telling me to track my order!! Overall i sent 4 emails-same reply.Tried to telephone, and the message given--Closed!!
So here we are with an item we cannot use, because of parts missing.
What a shocking firm.Will never buy from them again.

The Courier did not come to collecte…

The Courier did not come to collect our Parcel. We had to telephone Parceleforce-twice.
We apreciate the fact they are short staffed due to the covid 19, but they had our telephone number they could have contacted us.
We are now waiting again, for the Courier to come and collect the Parcel!!

We wont be shopping at Tesco again.

Shame on you Tesco for delivering our Groceries, in Tray liners!
We had 6 bags delivered on Sunday. The driver placed them on the hall floor, and they immediatly"spread" out, with our groceries spilling on to the floor. The driver seemed embarrassed at this. I couldnt pick the tray liners up,too heavy, and no handles, so had to drag the items to the kitchen.
Usually my Husband and myself manage between us, with my Husband being in a wheelchair, able to pick the bags up, and place them in a shopping trolley, i would then take them to the kitchen.
We both have been isolating since February,as we are considered vunerable so having our food delivered was a godsend.
But no more Tesco for us, we can not go through this again. Not only that Heavy items were in the same tray liner as delicate and bakery items!
I would like to know off "Dave" the Chief Executive, if tray liners are given at the checkouts, in the Supermarket!!
I did send an email to complain, and was told, well-we could have asked the driver to enter our house and bring the Groceries in! No thank you-- as he hadnt a mask on, so this would be out of the question.

Lovely experience

Lovely experience. Zach was pleasant, helpful and didnt push us into buying .
We chose after sitting and trying out different chairs etc.
Then when we had decided, we sat and enjoyed our coffee, and a chat. We just hope the 2 Leather chairs we have chosen, come up to our expectations.
