Poor behaviour

Not really impressed at all with the behaviour of this company. Bought a spark 40, all good as a beginner amp, bought the JH Pack. Then bought BIAS FX II in January 25 , guess what? , the JH pack need buying again, cant use what you've already bought!, on top of this, they make BIAS FX end of life 8 months later and expect me to pay another $99 to "upgrade" after spending over $200 on Software I refuse to bow down and give another $99 just 8 months later.

I sent a support request asking if this is right that i should have pay again after already purchasing, their then top software model and additional packs to go with it... no response at all, that was two weeks ago. I wont spend another penny with this company, I delete my account and deleted all their software, Im sick of being ripped off. Good riddance.

Zero Support

Been a Very member for 12-18 months and for the most part its been excellent, as long as you dont need to contact them. During this time, any form of contact is near on impossable with them citing Covid-19 as the reason.

Two weeks to answer a messaged query, only to be told they "cant deal with this on this channel" and send me back to the same place I found where to send a message.

Tried calling on numerous occasions and go round in circles with pre recorded messages who dont understand what is being said, even when you reply with just "YES"

I've been looking to close the account because its just not worth it, but again, I get sent to the telephone number, where that same Pre recorded message that doesn't have the ability undertand one word called"YES"

Ive resorted to removing as much of my information from the account as I can given the lack of human interaction.

Review of Huawei Technologies

Great Device - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Decided to get the P20 Pro after years using Samsung, I’m sick to the back teeth of these companies charging the earth for devices but when it comes to support they are terrible, Huawei are no different.

Bought the P20 Pro in April, after a few months it developed an auto rotate issue where it basically stopped rotating, this affected the camera and especially video where if it was recorded in landscape it was written to the memory in landscape with no option to rotate the videos, images I could rotate manually but thats not the point. quite annoying problem.

So, I created a support ticket with Huawei UK - they refused to let me sent it insisting it needed to go in one of their Jiffy bags, So I had to wait for one, it eventually arrived and I posted off to their instructions Only for it to go missing for a month.

They finally found and fixed the auto rotate and posted it back.in terrible packaging! subsequently it turned up with a cracked back, after waiting a week for a response I was told "sorry, it was fine when we posted it"

THATS IT, basically washed their hands and said "we hope this won’t deter you from trusting Huawei in the Future"

REALLY????

Despite me loving the phone, I can’t be spending £700 in the hope it doesn’t break because if it does, you're in for whole new load of trouble.

Suffice to say this is the first and last Huawei device I'll own.

Review of Samsung UK

Making great devices isn't enough.

I dont think theres any doubt Samsung make decent devices but this isnt enough.
There's a recurring theme and its all related to poor Samsung UK support especially warranty repair - It seems they're more comfortable offering advice on what cable to use for your soundbar than actually resolving faulty devices.

Ive owned the Galaxy 3,4,6,7 not to mention TVs, tablets Gear360, Gear VR and until recently haven't needed to contact support - The screen on the S6 has given up and so far its taken 2 weeks, 3 support caes, email,, phone calls social media contact to get exactly nowhere.. yes, I mean NOWHERE. no nearer to getting this repaired than i was 2 weeks ago.

Its got to the point now that I don't even want it fixed, Ive given up and they've won. this experience has left me exasperated but one thing is for sure, the S7 was my last samsung device.

I found this page today and wasn't at all surprised to see the rating - is there really another company so large with such a low rating? I have my own thought on why they are making warranty repair so difficult and I suspect its relating to the billions lost in the Note 7 recall. just trying to claw back a little on already sold devices... maybe Im just paranoid but there's something not right here - Ill be reporting to BBC Watrchdog, urge you all to do the same,

***EDIT 27th January 2017

They have now refused to honour warranty despite the fault being a manufacturing problem, shocking shocking company - never again will I buy a Samsung product.

Review of Sony UK

Detached from the customer

Well going by previous reviews , it seems Im not alone in thinking they're garbage.

Ive never had to deal; with such ignorant support in my life - Ive invested over £3000 in photography equipment and the shoddy way in which they deal with support queries ins nothing short of astoundingly bad. - they just love stock replies to suit themselves , ignoring what you actually say in you support request

Do yourself a favour and if you can avoid Sony UK
