Product is excellent however the subscription service is pushy and not easy to manage. Been using the product for many years and have recommended to many family and friends during that time. Very upset that I feel the need to give anything other than five stars but it’s being forced into signing up and getting products sent and charged for even though I changed the number of months for the next product to be dispatched.

An update to my original review written below. My money appeared on Monday two weeks after accepting the offer (not the one day stated on Compare and Recycle website). A friendly member of the UR team phoned me today to explain the issues they have been having and for that I have increased the rating to three stars as I appreciate their call. It’s a shame as if I had been given truthful answers when chasing for the money I would have been able to give five stars.
The initial part of the selling my phone went really smoothly however I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks since accepting the offer for my phone and still the payment hasn’t come through! I have spoken with four very helpful members of staff at UR this week and each time I've been reassured the money would be with me that day but yet again nothing has appeared.

The coaching session with Josh was extremely helpful and infomative. Josh explained things very clearly and I now feel much more comfortable about the SIPP I have. My questions were answered fully and I will certainly be investing more in this tax year. Thank you Josh
Our experience in the Cheltenham store this morning was excellent. Gary was very knowledgeable and spent time explaining the differences of the various chairs whilst encouraging Dad to try several to find the most suitable. His guidance was great not pushy at all. We would highly recommend them.
I really enjoyed the dog behaviour course I learnt so much and can now understand my Goldie’s body language. It was great being able to go at my own pace. Thank you
Very quick delivery and the product is perfect for our old pony who now has very prominent withers so rugs have started to rub. We use a Bossy Bib on our other old pony and have used it for a couple of years now and it still provides great protection so hopefully this one will too. I would definitely recommend Bossy Bib’s.

An excellent service throughout. The ordering was straight forward. The delivery was by a very helpful driver who gave some great advice on the erection process. The instructions were clear we managed to put it up in one day albeit with four of us working together. A great product I can't wait to use it as my home office/gym. I would recommend it.
