Good customer service
I had accidentally typed my address incorrectly. Cosmetify correctly told me to raise it with the delivery firm who they had already notified me about. The delivery firm fixed it and I received my goods having mentally written them off. Very happy and relieved! Product good too and I even got a free gift!
