I ordered a number of toiletries sets online.( Christmas sets) The delivery was prompt but packaged very poorly inside. . No bubble wrap or similar between items, needless to say when I opened box many of the items inside had been damaged on their outer covers. Not good enough and follow up from boots customer care is quite poor. I had to return items to a Boots store where they didn’t have the products yet in store to replace. A lot of inconvenience for the customer. Boots store staff were very apologetic, however, this is a warehouse problem and needs to be addressed before Christmas orders are processed.
