Fantastic scents

I just received my debut pack of 2 x 10ml of these parfums. Both smell great and are long lasting. I will be buying a larger bottle once these are available. Still deciding if I like hot or neo best. I had to email for the £60 credit code that should of been included but received this by return. Definitely recommend.

Damaged T-shirts - awaiting response

Received a pack of 3 T-shirts - 2 of the 3 T-shirts have rips in the front of them. These are unwearable. The email address on website is incorrect and all correspondence bounces back. These T-shirts are unwearable due to the damage. I want someone to contact me and either replace or refund. Poor quality. Order number 1876.

Update - as soon as this was published. Fincut contacted me. After looking at my issues and the pictures I sent with the damage to the T-shirts - they quickly accepted and have sent replacements.

Quick and efficient

"I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive"
#187957 - phone recycling was efficient. I was kept advised each step of the way and monies were paid quickly. The process only took 4 working days and my quote was more than other firms. Would recommend.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. No one is willing to help resolve the matter. Ordered a V10 absolute on Wednesday 9 November for next day delivery. This has not been received at my address as yet. Received an email to say it had been dispatched. Never received a tracking number. Sent WhatsApp messages on 14 and 15 querying receipt. Rang customer service on 15. They told me my machine had been delivered by Parcelforce. I queried why I hadn’t received a tracking number and why there was no update on my WhatsApp messages. They told me they would query this with Parcelforce and come back within 5 working days. I was made to feel I was a nuisance and the operator then hung up. I am no further forward. Will update as soon as I hear anything further. Dreadful customer service so far. Please contact me privately as I have not received my order! I have not received any private link from you. This just keeps getting worse!
21.11.22 After posting this review I was contacted by a Dyson representative and he confirmed that my order was sent to Ipswich in error and he knew I hadn’t received it. He would re-order my Dyson for delivery on Friday 18. My order was eventually delivered on Monday 21/11. I think a training need has been identified on the dyson customer service number. And Dyson WhatsApp need to reply and try to help customers. I have spent 3 days at the house awaiting delivery - without any compensation. If it hadn’t been for this review on trustpilot and the representative ringing me after reading this I would be no further forward. Disappointed and won’t use the Dyson website in future.
