Hi, I changed my mind once I saw the colour but when I tried to send the item back I found that because it had been packaged in paper it was not eligible to be returned. I would have returned it and tried something else from the collection but now am stuck with something I don't like.

I find the system really convenient, for preference using locations that have open access at all hours which means that I don't having to chase around to catch any specific opening hours.

They were quick to respond, helpful and friendly!

The delivery was made when it was raining. The package was left on a wet concrete floor just inside an open conservatory door, therefore within reach of the rain. The packaging was clearly not waterproof. If the delivery person had taken 2 more steps forward they could have left the package out of the rain on a dry table. I had not thought it was necessary to leave any kind of instructions telling them to put the package on the table rather than leaving it on the floor as I thought this was obvious. I will know better next time.

Parcel arrived in the time slot it was supposed to, and the driver left it in a sensible place. That's all I ask for.

Finding this a very helpful way of paying for goods and services while abroad.
