50 minute wait

Waited 50 minutes for taxi we had pre-booked to meet our flight in London England to show up. Then the driver dropped us at the wrong hotel! Had to call another taxi to take us to the right one. Do not use this taxi service.

Misleading Advertising

An arrangement chosen from the 'Same Day Delivery' category for my parents 53rd anniversary ultimately was not delivered that day. Infact NOTHING could be delivered on that day. I would advise you shop elsewhere if you require same day delivery as eflorist clearly cannot provide the service.

We are very confident in our guarantee of same day deliveries and we work closely with our network of local florists to ensure that deliveries are made on the requested dates.

Unfortunately, after exhausting every possible option available to us, we regret that delivery was not possible. We have taken your feedback on board to ensure that on these rare occasions we notify our customers as soon as possible to allow them to organise alternatives.

Looking at the history of your order we can see that our Customer Service team had tried to make amends but we regret this was not to your satisfaction.

Our sincerest apologies your experience of sending flowers was not as positive as we would hope.
