Non-Existent Customer Service

I ordered the women's sampler set, and a few days later got notification the order was confirmed and had been shipped. The same day I received the shipping notification, I also received an email saying my order had been cancelled at my request. I did not request a cancellation. I tried to get in touch with customer service via email and their webchat to find out what happened, and neither message was replied to. My money was refunded, and looking at the other comments here about the non-existent customer service, it seems I dodged a bullet. There are plenty of outstanding perfumeries that have excellent customer relations. I will shop with them.

Can't get anywhere with a repair…

Can't get anywhere with a repair request. The web form doesn't work, tried two different browsers. The chat bot doesn't ever put me through to a human. Phone line is the same...waiting forever. I have a 5 year old cappuccino maker that has been great up until recently. I was hoping to arrange a repair vs. junking it and buying another. When I do purchase a new machine, it probably won't be a DeLonghi due to the poor customer service.

Extensive selection and great discounts

Wardow has an extensive selection of both luggage and handbags, and there are often rather good discounts as well. I've been shopping with them for a couple of years. Shipping is always quick and without issue, and I feel I can depend on them for high quality items at decent prices.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. It is 5-7 days to get an initial response. It will take another week to get any sort of resolution, and the chances that it will be resolved in a satisfactory way are very low. I've been a subscriber (birthday gift for my son) for 1.5 years, and am trying to unsubscribe due to unreliable EVRI deliveries, the inability of Snackverse to get the correct address after an address change, and overall the very poor customer service. I think I will have to get my bank to cancel the subscription at this point, because it seems Snackverse can't be trusted. Edit: I've had another experience with their poor customer service. My subscription cancellation still says it is "pending" despite cancelling it a couple months back and asking customer service to confirm it was cancelled. Snackverse has since requested my personal details from this review, and I've supplied them, as my experience is genuinely poor. I hope the company isn't trying to have honest negative reviews deleted here.

Isotretinoin/Accutane

I came to Skindoc in search of a private consultation for Accutane treatment, and have found the process so far to be expeditious and very straightforward, which I appreciate. I had a consultation with Dr. Sreedhar Krishna and found him to be understanding of my skin problems as well as very helpful in terms of various treatment options, both with respect to Accutane and other possible drugs that could help me. I received the letters he wrote for me on the same day as my consultation. Penny and Natasha have been great help as well. So far, so good. Thanks to everyone at Skindoc--I recommend their practice without reservation.

Good service, I think. I'm not entirely sure what Interparcel does, as my parcels were delivered by DX and DPD, but they arrived when I was told they would. The tracking thing they sent never seemed to work for me, however.

Hit or miss

Hit or miss. Sometimes all goes well, other times Hermes will fabricate various untruths, such as nobody was home, or that they left the parcel "in a safe place" and will include a photograph of some random entryway that doesn't belong to me and is unidentifiable. Trying to get help via their customer service bot is useless. I avoid shopping with merchants who state that they use Hermes. The problem is that many merchants don't disclose that they use Hermes. Amazon has also been farming deliveries out to them occasionally, which further complicates trying to totally avoid Hermes.

I ordered and paid for a bag on 1 Jan, 2020. I received an email notifying me of shipping on 6 Jan, 2020 but nothing has arrived. There was no tracking number supplied, nor was there any sort of indication as to who the courier was. I haven't received any other communication from Michael Kors about the order, nor have I received the bag. I'm not able to reach an actual human via their phone number. I've sent an email, but am not at all confident I'll receive a reply.

17/1/21 Update: I never received any reply to my email to customer service and never spoke with anyone there, however my bag was delivered today by DPD in a plain box. The bag itself looks great, so I am happy about that, but I probably won't shop on the MK website again as customer service was totally unresponsive and that would be a nightmare if I needed to deal with returns, refunds, etc.

I bought a Patagonia jacket recently from Tiso. I browsed online and found the coat I wanted in several different online retailers, but I specifically chose to shop with Tiso because they had great reviews here on Trustpilot, and they use DPD as their courier, not Hermes.

I got the coat for a good price, Tiso kept me advised of shipping, and it arrived quickly and securely with DPD. I will definitely use Tiso again for future purchases of this sort.

Tracking didn't work, but delivery was ok.

Mattress delivery went well, however the Panther website tracking didn't work for me at all--the truck never moved on the map and the delivery number they were on never changed. I also didn't get a text or a phone call before they arrived, which I was expecting I would. That being said, the guys arrived within the delivery window that was previously arranged. Mattress was brought in and old one removed. I had to ask them to remove the packaging materials from the bed as they were about to head out the door, which they did without issue. Pleasant guys, both wore masks and kept a safe distance while in the house.
