I purchase most of my wine online and I have found that Wine Spies consistently has the best prices and a really interesting curated selection. Their best feature is the Locker Concept so that you can purchase as few or as many bottles of their feature wine and they will store it until you reach a case which they will then ship for free. Maximum flexibility and you are not saddled with a lot of bottles if you just are curious about trying a wine. Customer Service is highly responsive when you need to reach out. My favorite wine purveyor!

Ease and clarity of using the platform is the huge benefit. Also like the ability to add multiple itineraires with a single service charge for all of them, instead of multiple service charges for each individual itinerary. Overall, a great user experience.

Winespies is my go-to online wine store. They bring in a lot of very interesting wines and consistently have the best prices even among their peers, but their biggest differentiator is their locker concept, which allows the consumer to buy wine in whatever quantity and have them hold it until a full case is in the locker, at which time they ship it out for free. The only thing I would like them to improve on is to add an automated email to their auto-shipping process prior to shipping, so if the purchaser needs them to hold off on shipping they can do so. Their competitors do this so no reason that Winespies can't implement a similar feature.
