After three fitbits, all of which died at 2 years, I'm done. I can't afford to pay $100-150 each time, with no end in sight.

I am done with HPB

I am done with HPB. Today I went to the Northwest Hwy store to sell books. I was told I could not take a cart to unload the car before I got into line to be waited on. Once I had the attendant and the cart, I unloaded and was told it would be an hour and a half wait and I had to physically be in the store for the entire time. When my name was called, I went to go collect my money and was told I had to go to the back of the line again. When I expressed surprise, since that has never been the case before, I was rudely told by the attendant that they had no intention of sweeping all the other customers aside for my benefit. I had four boxes, half of which were hardbacks and was given only $12. You're making a fortune off people like me. When did you decide we were scum to be picked clean and verbally abused and treated like cattle?

Blue Bell Famine

I was pleased with the quality of the tote bag and shirt, but not happy with the quality of the ink used to make the imprint. Both items looked as if they had been left out in the sun to fade. Shipping and accuracy of order were both good and the items arrived on time.
