Excellent flute service

Sun provided a lovely service for my student Yamaha flute. It was rather dirty on the wires and needed a good clean all over. She is very honest in her initial appraisal and outlined the options available to me. So far there don't appear to be any issues, and I am finding the top notes especially are coming out a lot nicer than before! I will definitely use her again in future.

Still waiting...

Our flight was cancelled in April 2020. Immediately asked for a refund. We're still waiting 9 months later. Have now started a claim with our credit card issuer, who basically weren't surprised when we contacted them (byojet are a bit of a favourite with them currently). Absolutely no way would I use them again, no matter how cheap they are. Byojet, do you have any comment?
