Ads that attach themselves to similar sounding names cost me over $1000 this spring because I wasn't careful--but more because I hadn't seen that type of thing before. Ad Blocker has stopped that nonsense. (Hard thinking of nice words that are printable!)

I am not a good path-follower, ie, I look to the shipper to follow up on a package I paid for and they shipped. I don't expect to be sent to another site using a language I don't know, nor do I expect 'canned answers' telling me the package is in a plane that so far has been airborne for 6 days from CA heading for OH. Or the one tellking me to take a picture of the package. I'd love to! To me, the seller is useless. It took a month China-US and i couldn't find anything other that the plane that's still in the air for 6 days. Enter 17Track, which sent me directly to the carrier and got me the USPS tracking # which has never been delivered to the USPS. Thank you 17! Nice job, greatly appreciated!

If I'd looked at this last week I'd have written about Three Dog Night's "One Is The Loneliest Number" and left it at that. But that wouldn't be right. I am probably the first person (other than my significant other) who expects a computer to perform simply. I have too many passwords. Here's a place that has a bunker, I'll put them in there. Now what? No one is taking me by the hand and showing me! I'm expected to put on my big-boy shorts and go to the BEGINNING? Well, that's what the middle of the night is for. Ask questions, It's dark and nobody can see your embarrassment. So they didn't take my hand, they pushed my wheelchair to the edge of a mental cliff and by golly I actually managed to start to figure things out. Amazing what a little fear does. The tech reps are great. I'm starting to learn without bothering them. We'll see how long that lasts! Thanks, Nord. I don't care what your mamas say, you're good people.

Super fast service, but laptop came back with none of the programs I bought with it. Because only the screen was broken I couldn't see to download everything before I sent it in and hoped my stuff wouldn't be erased. Other than that they did a great job.Now, back to re-loading... The lists of providers and airlines was impressive.We don't do trips like this much now ISIS is rearing its head, so trying to work two old people into a weekend-trip and a week's trip to the same place--both round trips--took some doing. I'd say your presentation was 5-star,and our abilities were a 3+. It just made for a long, tiring afternoon, hardly your fault.
