If I could give a zero it still…

If I could give a zero it still wouldn’t reflect the poor level of service and communication received. I raised a complaint having had no water in a a newly purchased property for over 6 months and then when they did turn it on caused a leak. They have taken absolutely no responsibility and then added a service charge for the pleasure. You should be ashamed of yourselves

Terrible hotel and worse customer service

Terrible hotel, whole floor missing due to renovation work and skip outside. We called jet2 within a couple of hirs of arrival but couldn’t get through to them until 2 days later. Despite multiple calls emails and messages whilst in resort and many more since we got back it has taken nearly 12 months to get any acknowledgment of our complaint and they have now sent a cheque for £51 as compensation, not even a proper apology. I have spent more on phone calls. Customer service is absolutely abysmal

Broken process

Ordered some holiday clothes only to find the account was in my old address once I completed. My fault entirely but then found I could neither cancel nor change the address, seems ridiculous in the age of online shopping that the process is so rigid

Terrible Customer Service

I was sent the incorrect item, when I contacted them (by email only) I had to return the item and they told me that they didn't have the item I ordered in stock - shame they didn't tell me that before they took my money. It took 3 weeks to get confirmation they had received the returned item and I had to send a copy of the returns receipt, then they accused me of having used it so wouldn't refund me. They have now sent the item I ordered but I had already ordered it from somewhere else in the meantime. I raised a formal complaint and they basically told me they weren't going to review any further. Its taken a minimum of 2 days to get a response to any emails and I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the service. Terrible company spend your money elsewhere
