SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY , ordered outdoor furniture from this company that goes under different names on the internet, purchased £850 worth of outdoor furniture, was given a delivery date of 13th September, no communication they were not answering emails or messages. Eventually got a message saying the furniture was arriving 17-18th September, still nothing. Contacted my card company who is now investigating the company. What an absolute nightmare.

I was searching for a Tv and came across Harvey Norman on line, I might add this was after being messed around by Curry’s. There was an option to video chat and ask questions so that’s what I did, that’s when I met Maya. All I can say is excellent service, Maya was very knowledgeable and even sold me a sound bar when I enquired about which one would be best for the Tv. It was nice to feel no pressure when dealing with Maya and nothing was a problem. Well done Maya

The worst customer service and product, we have had 40 square meters of trex decking installed for the last 4 years, this year it started to warp really badly. Customer service requested pictures which we sent, by pictures alone they say the decking has not been installed correctly. We used the trex fixings and the decking was installed by a professional company. I have asked in numerous occasions for them to send someone to take a look, but to no avail. Don’t not use this company, there guarantee means nothing.

Perfect, engineer turned up , talked us through what he had planned, we chose the best location for the router. The job was completed with no mess, he helped us with the setup, perfect, 10 out of 10.

Great platform, got to be in it to win it. Win a BMW for the cost of a bottle of wine, can’t be bad.

Hello I was recommended to try products from Dirt busters, however they didn’t work as well as expected. I own a commercial carpet and tile cleaning business and was disappointed with the results.

My wife and I felt that we have to leave a review of not only for this company, but also the Amazing Angela Brown.
We hadn’t heard about Virikson holidays before, but we looked at a holiday they were advertising on Social Media. I called the company and a consultant answered and said her name was Angela brown.
I asked about the holiday and gave her dates that we could do, within minutes she had confirmed that we could do the holiday from Newcastle and the price changed by £50, we were over the moon.
I asked if I could have time to check the company which Angela said was not a problem, there was no pressure at all to book. After checking the holiday and company we were happy and booked. We haven’t been on the holiday yet, but if the quality of holiday is anything like the service we have received from Angela, we know it will be Amazing. Thank you Angela Brown well done.

Ordered tyres by putting in my registration on line with Halfords, my car came up, Tesla model 3 performance. Great selection of tyres, however because the car had Michelin pilot a tyres on, I decided to go with those, the cost was £980. I wasn’t in when the tyre fitter came to put them on. When I got in, I checked the car and noticed that one of the wheels had a small mark on which wasn’t there before. I contacted Halfords, who sent a guy out, who confirmed that the wheel was damaged. I was told that they would repair the wheel. After waiting over two weeks and numerous phone calls, they are paying me to go and get the wheel fixed. I also checked the tyres I ordered were the correct ones, but no, they hadn’t fitted the tyres for a Tesla, which should have had sound deadening in, just normal Michelin pilot sport tyres. The guy that helped me from Durham Hub was excellent, I did ask his name but forgot it.

Beware of buying a car from any garage where this leasing company is involved. I purchased a Tesla model 3 performance from Witham garage, which was a lease car from total motion, the individual who was using the car thought it would be funny for four days after I bought the car, to sound the horn, open the boot and bonnet late at night. This happened because witham garage didn’t do the checks on the car before selling it on to me. I have contacted the police and reported them and the garage.

Great company, I have been a member for just under a year, it's a great concept. It's like playing spot the ball from the old days. You never know it could be you. Excellent.
