We are absolutely delighted with our Ohme Charger installation, which was part of our new car purchase. From the very first email contact with Ohme, the entire process was remarkably smooth and effortless.

The online forms were very user-friendly, guiding us through each step. We were particularly impressed with the prompt scheduling of the installation after completing the online survey, ensuring we could quickly start charging using our new car.

A special mention must go to Joe, the electrician from Bibby, who performed the installation. He was truly outstanding!

Joe was punctual, meticulously tidy, and professional. His craftsmanship was evident in the superb quality of his work. Following his recommendation on the charger's placement, he executed a flawless installation.

Even the plumbers working on-site at the same time were moved to compliment Joe on his excellent work, which speaks volumes.

Joe, and the entire Ohme/Bibby team, deserve credit for providing such a positive and efficient experience.

I was in a bind when my regular plumber was unavailable, but thankfully, my neighbor recommended Gas Service. He's used them for years and raves about their excellent service, so I decided to give them a try. Being local was a definite plus!

From my initial contact, I was impressed with their professionalism and outstanding customer service. They were prompt and courteous, and Ryan arrived exactly when scheduled. He quickly got to work addressing the various plumbing issues I had.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work. Ryan not only fixed everything to a high standard but also took the time to explain the problems clearly, showing me what had happened and why. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to share his expertise.

I wholeheartedly recommend Gas Service and will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. They're a fantastic company!

We were extremely pleased with our experience with Hillary's. From the initial consultation through to the fitting, the entire process was seamless and transparent.

The quality of our shutters is exceptional, and we've even received compliments from our neighbors! This is a testament to both Hillary's expertise and the excellent work of their fitter, Nathan. He was incredibly polite, punctual, and ensured the work area was left clean and tidy.

We are already planning to engage Hillary's for our upstairs shutter installation.

With our little ones 3rd birthday fast approaching we were on the hunt for a ride-on tractor.

Having scoured the internet, there were a couple of websites which looked good although RiiRoo stood out as being the best. The website is slick and the reviews on here painted a positive picture.

We made our decision and went ahead with RiiRoo. Ordering online was easy, there was a minor issue with the "free assembly" option as it didn't pull through at checkout. I reached out to RiiRoo on FB and they responded swiftly and gave a solution.

The confirmation followed quickly upon ordering and we were excited for delivery. When the day came the delivery driver was extremely helpful. I never got his name although he was really friendly and gave me a hand carrying it around the back.

Unpacking the tractor and it arrived assembled as promised. The quality is second to none and i can't wait for the our little one's birthday, she'll be so impressed.

If there was any area's for improvement, my only comment would be the delivery notification. It could have been my misunderstanding of their system although i thought the "due date" given was the day it would arrive to me. This wasn't the case and it was instead the day the pallet would land with the haulier. They would then make contact with me to arrange delivery.

Not the end of the world and easy enough to get around. Wasn't enough to lose a star for this review, everyone was friendly throughout.

100% recommend to others and will certainly use again.

Outstanding service!

Everything was easy, from using the website, finding what I wanted to ordering and delivery. Very impressed and will be using again.

We went into our nearest Dreams store to browse for a new bed as ours is completely shot. As my partner and I walked into your store, we were both taken aback by how much choice you had. The store was easy to navigate and offered an abundance choice, this made it easier to compare beds we were interested in.

Steve saw us enter the store and gave us sufficient time to browse, we asked for assistance as we began to get confused with the price lists and wanted to make sure we understood what was included in the price. Steve went above and beyond in customer service, he not only helped clear any confusion with the price lists, but after telling him what we were looking for, he pointed us in the right direction and helped us narrow our list.

After Steve's help, he offered to make us a drink while we looked some more (I must say, it was a damn good hot chocolate)After a few more minutes we told Steve we had made our decision.We asked for his opinion and it was brilliant. He sold it too us there and then, and once we began make head way on our purchase, We got talking to some of the other staff members. They were all so friendly and helpful, It certainly made us feel welcome.
