Yep not that good unfortunately

Yep not that good unfortunately. Expensive. Soap needs to be better - better scents more lather etc... and the applicator needs to be better too - you really have to work to get a lather up!

Will cancel sub and put this down to a bad experience. Expect they will improve or just die. Collabs with decent smelling soaps and better applicator would be smart.

Really nice staff and clean and easy to…

Really nice staff and clean and easy to operate everything. Staff gave me a bit of shampoo as I’d forgotten on my first visit. How kind. Great mix of human touch and automation.

Dead good

Dead good. Super lovely and helpful.
Of course they're a bit keen in this game and some pretty fast calling, talking etc.
Hayley though was lovely and helpful and we got through the questions with minimum fuss.
I'd recommend.
