Delivery driver was rude, nasty, aggressive, and racist i was scared of him

Definitely not for me

Definitely not for me, others may love it I don't, it's far too oily and the smell isn't the best.

Thanks for your two star rating. This is a strange one and we’d always help customers out further if they had any queries or concerns in regards to the quality of their order. We totally respect your honest verdict or else we wouldn’t email a follow up asking for a review.

Before placing the order, the product description on the item you’ve purchased states that you must shake this item well to combine any loose oils. We are not machine made and create every item by hand, we focus our main priority on ensuring that fragrance strength is strong and noticeable. Each product we develop involves safety information and guidelines in what we must follow for safe usage. The items ordered are within the guidelines and the product description states “shake before using” this was also sent to you in a separate message on March 1st stating about the vanillin levels. If you had felt that something wasn’t quite right with your order as noted inside the order on the green piece of printed material, we’re always here to help you 24 hours a day which we are, once a review has been posted this finalises your order. Our products will always remain handmade and we’ve been known for multiple customers to have faith in us to deliver an exceptional service if they require us.

We will not discourage customers to be truthful about their order and we thank you for your review, it only helps us develop in the future. Some brands aren’t for everyone and we can only thank you enough for you having faith in us in the first instance and we wish that we could’ve helped you sooner.

My goods went missing at warehouse

My goods went missing at warehouse, I raised a complaint and I'm still waiting on a reply as to what they're doing about it considering they took the £50!!!!! I've no jumper and I asked for a replacement to which I got no reply but I will take this further as they have my money.

The worst company to deal with

The worst company to deal with. You can't speak to anyone and if you manage to they're ignorant. There's never any cards through your door with a courier number on it to contact them and for pictures that'd be great if it was even your property!!! Mine was taken at a greenhouse.........I don't have a greenhouse.....explain that one!!!

Insurance claim

Fantastic company to deal with, staff were amazing, mannerly, efficient and happy that bakes a huge difference to a company and Square Trade definitely have that. Claim was dealt with within 14 days can't praise them or recommend them enough
