The locker concept is great for varied selection, quantity per selection, and pricing. A recent "surprise" $20 purchase turned out to be a previous bottle offered last summer for $15 (retail $27). I complained about misleading offer and was credited the $20 on my account.

A bit of a hike to the terminal, especially if you have luggage.

Having stayed at Powhatan Resort multiple times, we finally agreed to do the promotional presentation. We've been to many others. A previous day's snow storm knocked out power to the building where the presentation was given, but we got through it in exchange for a 7-day voucher which we plan to use later this year.
The evening prior to departure, we received a call offering another promotional gift which included a 3-night stay. Upon learning the next morning at check out that the gift for which we had paid would require another promotional meeting, we declined and requested that the charge be reversed. We were told it would take 7-10 days. It appeared on my statement the following month, and I notified CC company and Diamond Resorts who said they would check into it with accounting. I didn't hear back from them until I received a series of calls asking me when I would like to book my 3-day vacation. Each caller was asked to correct the record. We like this resort and have stayed at many in the area. We will stay there again but will decline any promotional offers.

While awaiting my online screen "processing" notice, I received a call to confirm all information on my reservation. Within minutes, my reservation was finalized, electronically signed documents were returned to me via email, and I was able to check my airline reservation on the airline's website.
