Have been using low priced food for…

Have been using low priced food for about 18 months and really like this site. I order a lot of products for my granddaughter who is a student and is always in need of some treats and extras whilst she is at uni. I always receive my order on time if not earlier.
Will keep using this site , can't really fault it at all.

Really like this site.

Very happy with everything I received. Have used Low price foods several times this year, Always received on or before the promised due date. Excellent selection of food, I can always find something on the site for my self and if not me then my grandchildren.

Very happy customer.

I purchase Fluus for my granddaughter, she absolutely loves them. The fact that she can just flush them away without worrying about any effect on the environment is a big plus for a sixteen year old. She is very happy with them.

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM.
Like most customers on here my order was delivered according to their website. Of course I did not receive it. I did email them prior to this to let them know I had been waiting 25 days for the item , did not receive any reply to my email. I will take responsibility for being so naive, what should we expect when the cost to ship is so high but the actual article ordered is a few pounds. More fool us.

Ordered sneakers Nov 15th, still not received them, can't get a refund because of their 24hr rule,have been in touch by e-mail and been told in the warehouse waiting to be processed?????. This company needs to be investigated. Have looked at at other postings and had I read them previously I would never have placed an order with them.

Needed my card activated and wasn't…

Needed my card activated and wasn't sure if I would get any help due to COVID - 19 shutdowns. However I did receive a response from both Alice and Sunny who both helped, and I was able to activate my card. I appreciate that both are working through this awful time. We sometimes forget our other services who are working and still helping customers like me, who are trying to continue as best we can with our everyday lives.
