Double check your order details !!

Using their system and postcode search left the top line of the address off. I hadn’t checked so my fault as it was pointed out, politely I will say, so my gift four days late disappeared. I emailed to find out and had it laid out I had plenty of opportunity to recheck and recheck … so all on me it seems!
I was offered to purchase a second order with a discount should I wish however after reading that they wouldn’t make any money on that order I just decided to cut my losses! Appreciate a lot of this is automated these days but emails and phone numbers are attached to orders, I’m sure it could have been rectified before posting, most couriers these days call you if they struggle to find the building!
Order placed with another company hopefully these ones make it!!

They are always so efficient, everything turns up next day almost every time, huge range of products and they can also source other things for you if you are a commercial customer … One of the meat suppliers in the catering industry

Green and clean … love it

Really quick and easy, everything arrives as it should.
Great smelling everything does its job … the limescale remover is fabulous … Viakal normally strips your lungs this one is nowhere near as potent yet same results ( just leave it longer than required if it doesn’t wipe off first time it works I promise) and you are doing your bit for the environment.
Love the products and the company ethos.

The scents are near perfect for the Cape Town, Caracas and London if it wasn’t for the bottle you’d be lost.
Issue this time ordering mind you wouldn’t recognise my address had to sign up to shop pay hope that’s legit

Swiping left on this one

A lacklustre experience, I think they need to divert some of the marketing budget to the logistics.
Trial product is great, scent awesome arrives on time.
Conditioner arrives with no pump, have to email to send out the pump so that the product can be used correctly.
20th September package sent out as per arrangement … 12 days later nothing, keep checking the location and it’s in the depot … after I had waited 12 days I cancelled the subscription I had nothing to wash my clothes with before a holiday and had to go buy something else. I am not a very patient person so if something doesn’t work a second time as it should I switch off and move on (our personalities clearly don’t match)
Granted I didn’t email them and chase, shouldn’t really have too as you sign up they send you wash, but reading the reviews and seeing the responses they give, the onus is very much on the customer and not the team , they seem to be happy to take the order, accreditation and the praise but once you have something to say it’s something you have done or haven’t done.
I see lots of positives, the work they do is great and the poverty campaign awesome, I was just one of the unlucky ones as my friends use it with no issues. So I guess like with life it’s a gamble.

Sorry to hear you have had this experience with smol , this is not how we expect our customers to feel and as you say your friends use smol with no issues .

In the unfortunate event that an order is incorrectly packed we will always send out the correct parts , human error can occur and we are always happy to arrange this as quickly as possible. In regards to missing packs - Missing packs are rare particularly when the pack is tracked to your local mail depot. However, unfortunately it can happen on occasion ☹️ Please do contact our CS department and they can track up until the packs are handed to RM and if packs are deemed missing we will always send replacements .

Sorry smol was not for you but thank you for giving us a try all the same .

Not on time but in no time

First time I have used this service … they turned up at my place of work on a Sunday tyres done in next to no time … the mechanic was polite and very apologetic about running behind schedule but no fuss job done and he was gone again . Amazing thank you Josh and the team at Redhill

Poor service when trying to contact them

over an hour on hold to their Horndean centre, so tired calling the head office and all that does is take you down a route of not being able to speak to one person to resolve your issue just endless updates and them terminating the call. Frustrating and unhelpful
