I’m thrilled with my new blind. The colour is perfect (I had checked pre-purchase with a free sample - worth getting, although it delayed a few days.)

It was fairly easy to put up (all the fixings were included). Had to check the website for instructions though, but quite straightforward on there.

We’d also checked our measurements three times, so it was all good. Thanks for an efficient and reasonably-priced service.

Nice fit, quality material and well made (including lining). Pattern is on trend and I like the colours.

I did use the suggested fit help, and it was correct!

Lovely clothes, arrived quickly and nicely packaged (secure but not overly packaged).

Leah listened well to our requirements, took notes, and did what she promised to do. She followed up several times, but not annoyingly, when we didn’t respond quickly (because we were making enquiries about insurance).

She was efficient, patient and thorough - revising our itinerary when we chose another cruise provider (that Leah hadn’t found).

Leah also offered others in Branch to assist if we wanted to pop in when she wouldn’t be there. (Good team communication or processes.)

We have a regular delivery person who is great - parcels are delivered in a timely fashion and without any ordeal or damage.

Always fast delivery, no problems and great chocolate.

I like to vary which flavour I have, so am pleased there are four to choose from.

We hadn’t used Hillary’s Blinds before, so I didn’t know what to expect. I made the appointment easily through the website and Mark Shearer 113875 appeared at the allotted appointment time. He brought the fabric options books with him so we could choose (with all the other aspects of the room in place).

Making the choice easy, and giving us impartial advice about options and fittings, Mark Shearer 113875 put the quote on his ipad, having measured up. The price was fair so we went ahead. The date to fit was set then too.

A day later this date had to be delayed on our part, so Mark Shearer 113875 readily agreed a new date two days on from the original.

Texts and emails arrived to keep me informed of progress on the making of our Roman blinds (we’d ordered three), and our fitting day arrived. Mark Shearer 113875 turned up and fitted the blinds really quickly, and all I could say was “wow”. They surpassed my expectations and looked amazing. They were perfectly fitting and there was no mess left after the fitting.

In fact, we were so happy we ordered some more that day and can’t wait to see those in situ too.

I will definitely use Mark Shearer 113875 and Hillary’s Blinds again as it was so easy, quick and a great result.

I also like the fact that they are made in the UK.

The different types of GAP insurance were explained clearly, and the relevant terms of a policy were pointed out, as well as being emailed efficiently for review.
