Left bird mess & didn't warrant my voucher

I would have given higher, but i showed the chap a qr code vouvher i had, hemumbled something in very broken english and my voucher did not get warranted. Also, we only went to get the car washed due to a fresh big bird poo, that still had a lot present after the wash. I then just used baby wipes to clean my car off after.

Great service

Great service, my usage varies so it's easy to change the frequency. Only grip is the coffee isn't consistent from one batch to the next, and the lighter roasts are quite a bit extra. But still, nice coffee and great service.

Love the designs

Love the designs, the service and packaging. Plus we have a nice little place for all the stickers that come with the packet.
My only flaw is sizes are probably a little tight (socks are massive, if anything too long) but after 1 wash/ware, the vibrancy of the design fades drastically.
Still doesn't stop me wearing them and all other brands are almost 'back up' boxers for when the OTA ones are in the washing cycle. Overall very pleased!

Average coffee, but at a great convenience

Takes out the hassle of remembering to buy coffee.
Mediocre coffee, but I gather it's a blend of other coffees so cant be expected to be the best, but its not bad. Delivery seems to take a little while but that didn't bother me as much as I seem to drink less of it now. The grind is very inconsistent some very fine particles along with some larger ones that resemble freeze dried. I know, I can buy the beans and grind myself, but that's not why I bought pre-ground.
One more gripe is the 500g bags are rather large and worry of it going stale before I finish, so have to decant into smaller jars.

I've been using Variety Mode for a year…

I've been using Variety Mode for a year now, and overall I feel a better person. There have been streaks of about a week or so where I've gone without (forgetting to take it with me on holiday), but also noticing more brain fog, confusion etc setting in. Words are quite hard to describe, but with consistent use I'm clearer headed, more focused, happier and more pleasant to be around (so I'm told). I've not experienced any negative side effects what-so-ever and most importantly, it tastes amazing. It's not a health food supplement with a bit of chocolate flavour...I'd pick this as a day to day hot chocolate as it is, despite the added mushroom benefits. All in all i totally recommend Variety Mode, plus the staff and anyone you happen to interact with are SO helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Thumbs up!!

Service was great, fast updates especially paying for next day saturday delivery. The only thing i can fault is myself in selectin the wrong type of paints, so it was all wasted. But highly reccomended!

Products aren't labelled correctly to the model number

Spent £30 odd quid on 3 opinels. I clicked the '7' option for 3x number 7 opinels, i got 3x number 6s.
Called customer service to let them know, but theyre covered as it states in the description that for number 7s, you need to select number 8s and so on. Why give a number option that doesn't following the numbering system of the product?
I needed those specific knives as they were being customised for a gift the following week, therefore there wasn't the time to send back and replace for the correct ones. So i had to make a double order and pay rather a lot for priority shipping (again) to make sure i got them in time. Quite annoyed to say the least. I may aswell have just paid the extra, and got them off amazon after all the extra i had to pay in shipping etc. Won't be ordering from here again, there was no apology or 'i can see the confusion'. Just 'it does actually state it in the description. Why would i scroll down and read the description of possibly the most simple knife that i have purchased around 50 in the past.

This is not a legitimate company SCAM

I will not be contacting you in the past 3 days I have 43 calls from mobile numbers all claiming to be you or other companies associated. When i refuse to hand over more details the operators get angry, aggressive and swear and patronise me about my name. I have not parted with any money and i never will.

If people are reading this, this is a very sophisticated scame with hundreds of fake/paid reviews all over the internet. With the same gramatical errors and spelling mistakes.

STAY AWAY

This is not a legitimate company. Very convincing website, phone reps and answers to questions. They seem to target beginners in the market. Dial out from a uk mobile, claim to be based in Switzerland, yet are not a registered company on the Swiss public register. The address they provide is a serviced office address in Zurich. Most (if not all) of these positive reviews are fake paid shills (see the repeating spelling mistakes and capitalisations). Website a blog posts only go back as far as January, yet claim to be in business for 10 years. Can't tell me who invested in the company to help create it.

This is a very sophisticated scam, preying on beginners to the game and the recent boom in intrest in AI.

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

Next to no customer service, no call centres no phone lines.

I moved to voxi for the great deal they offered. But don't expect to speak to a single person, they don't have phone numbers, you have to chat through social media or web chat, that could be upto 5 hours between replies and if you close the chat or be absent for more than 8 mins, they will cut off the chat and you have to start over. The lost my number of 15 years and moved my partners number onto my sim, and it took days to rectify. No real apology, just passed the buck from 1 rep to the next. If it wasnt for the fact it was a good deal and that i just can't, bare, to deal with customer service again....im just going to stay as it is, as i cant be losing my number! be very weary if youre thinking of moving to voxi! TERRIBLE customer service! BE WARNED

Great service as usual

On this particular occasion I was in store to return a faulty product. The staff were friendly and happy as usual and provided me with a swift hassel free experience. I would always recommend machine mart to people not just for the service but price too!
