I cannot rate Manish enough for assisting me with the purchase of a new gym bench with leg curl and percher attachment plus weights and plus a barbell and barbell rack. I had a mixup with the order ( my fault for not reading the detail enough ) and Manish made me feel totally at ease about getting a replacement and sending the correct bench. I ordered 73 packs of herringbone regency oak laminate flooring (over ordered as suggested due to wastage ). The flooring has now been laid and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We ordered a sample which gave us a good idea on colour, which has a modern washed effect to it with grey undertones (gorgeous mellow tones ).

We finally decided to go with this flooring based on the reviews and actual pictures that other people have shared which helped us to make a decision.

We had 10 unopened boxes to return which was in the very generous 100 day period and collection was easily arranged.

I would most definitely recommend using DWF both for pre and post sales.

We did also purchase the waterproof joint protector for next to sinks, dishwasher, washing machine areas for extra waterproofing protection.

A joiner fitted this flooring for us due to the size of the area we were doing, kitchen, utility, summer room, hallway, downstairs loo and porch. We also replaced all of the skirting boards to give the flooring a better finished look.

The only downside is that we struggled to find an exact colour match for the trims that go against aluminium / Composite doors so we bought angled metal trims and going to spray these instead. Not a big deal overall.

All in all, we are very happy customers. The pictures will speak for themselves hopefully.

Helpful to a point... Ordered 2 sets of keys for 2 different pieces of office furniture after first sending in pictures and the barrel numbers. Both arrived swiftly but both didn't work. They have advised to send the whole barrel to see which keys will fit..... posted them off today, waiting to see what happens... fingers crossed. Disappointed they were the wrong fit but these things happen I guess.
