Fake items

I bought an 'end of line North Face jacket for £59 and it took two wks to arrive. Usually Large fits but this is way too small and the quality is Gash. Thin as a paper bag and not at all as depicted
I never received an order number from only a tracking number. Ive managed to track down details to return but don't hold out much hope. Luckily I bought it on a credit card so should be able to get my money reimbursed.
Avoid these crooks

Impecable service from Marvin.

Impecable service from Marvin.
A real breath of fresh air following the nightmares we had with BT to make just the slightest change.
The thing I like the most is you ring Connecting Britain and the operative you speak with is able to sort most things. You're not passed through 5 different departments to the point the call quality has diminished to virtually nothing and you have to start all over again
Well done Connecting Britain, glad we made the move!

Emily and Cassie did a fantastic job for us today. Researching the best possible prices for our four rentals. They kept me upto date throughout and promising to complete the process by the end of the business wk, they delivered. 5* and hats off ladies. Well done 👏🏻

Valeted and returned in time

I've just had my car returned in a valeted condition following an MOT
The car was collected midmorning following a conversation with a very capable young lady whom when I rang to enquire what time they would be collecting the car, I was advised that the booking of the mot had not been confirmed
Having informed them of their mistake this member of staff did everything they could to rectify and subsequently correct the error on my behalf
Hats off to Eastbourne Audi. Will definitely use their 5* service again

Giving 4* but only in reflection of my own journey so far..

I have to say that although I've only rated 4* that is relative to how far I've got in the course!
About 70%! Due to lifes trials and commitments as a single parent to two (one of which is battling leukaemia) I pick it back up where I can and continue to be an active member of the Smashers community and Jansons YouTube channel!
Although obviously I've yet to see any success due to my current circumstances, I have found Jansons course to be articulately produced. I discovered Janson back in Nov 2020! After researching the relatively new (to me) amz fba vessel, Janson, seemed the most honest no frills choice to get onboard. I have since watched Janson go from strength to strength whilst continuing to be humble, honest and upfront about his success. This to me has been the ultimate reason why I am still holding on and positive about the future of finally launching on Amz, which I hope to be by the third quarter of this year.
Janson continues to be hands on with all his members on a personal level (unlike his rivals) and is never far away from answering a question. As a mentor this is essential and Janson has proved time and again that he won't just leave you in the thick of it to find your own way. He seems to spin alot of plates! (I honestly don't know how he does it!) and I've seen his community grow and grow and although essentially and understandably he has now taken on assistants, he continues to prove to be the kingpin of the Smashers Academy providing insights and useful tips along the journey through his other mediums. I can hands down say that although I purchased this course in 2020 and yet to see a result from it, I don't regret the purchase which is complete and you get the founder and mentor thrown in also!
Janson reinstalls time and again that this is not a 'get rich quick' scheme, nor does he promise you success. Future entrepreneur realise that this isn't a race but a marathon. Well done Janson Smith, I doff my cap to you and thankyou for sharing your own knowledge and experience! I have no doubt that when I finally get something launched il be back to a mend this to a 5* review!

Our Hero

Having fought a losing battle for a mis-sold timeshare for three years I was close to giving up with my world literally crumbling around me, losing my wife to cancer in 2016 rendering me a single parent thus causing the loss of my career also. It was during this hapless time I stumbled upon M1 legal and namely Adriana Stoyanova, whom after hearing my story as many before had, vowed to help me as best as she could. (I'm feeling very emotional as I write this) because THIS lady (Superwoman!) actually backed up what she promised. Tirelessly, boldly and relentlessly she took on a giant in true David and Goliath form and succeeded in bringing a very sordid and twisted tale of lies and deceit (the very nature of timeshare) to justice! Through her tenacity hardwork and dedication to the cause not only did she deliver to me personally, but to many many others in our 'group' obtaining the result that we ALL at one time or another, deep down believed to be lost!
Adrianna to me is an actual Angel and I am incredibly proud of her. Myself and my two girls are absolutely indebted to what she has achieved in our favour.
I cannot thank her enough..

Really nice and v professional chap

Really nice chap, professional and very knowledgeable. Arrived on time and addressed any concerns I might have had prior to undertaking the job which was done swiftly and with v little fuss even though the ecu had to be removed from the car to complete. The gains from the remap were instantly noticeable following a road test (prior to remaining payment) and now feels like a differnt car. Was supplied with useful tips on how to keep the dpf at its best post map. All in really pleased and excellent value from taking advantage of the promotion. Thanks Lloyd! Would definitely recommend.
